SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Naperville Warrenville

The staff was very helpful and kind. The place was very clean and housekeeping stayed on top of it. It was so refreshing to see the pool open again, breakfast offered again. I felt safe and I was very relaxed there. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was truly very friendly. I will stay there again and I will definitely recommend it to family, friends and traveling coworkers....thank you!!

The only thing I would suggest....Would be to have small trays so you could carry your breakfast meals and items to your room.

The spacious room. We had Queen suit with 2 beds and a pull out sofa. The breakfast was ok. Not the best layout but more than some other hotels I’ve been to.

The pool area was out of towel and filled with loud people and some there to party. It was also overwhelming with the smell of chlorine. The elevator was last expecting date.

I really liked the breakfast. Had oatmeal with added toppings every day, hot tea, juice and hard boiled eggs. I was very pleased with the choices. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

The carpet was wet by the window/AC unit. Had trouble with the toilet plugging up.

Breakfast was very good with much variety. The location of the hotel was well outside the city, and we were comfortable with that.

I asked for clean towels and got them, but also asked for the trash to be cleared and it wasn't.

For the price paid, and the amount of amenities omitted, (bed turn down, sheets, exchanged, trash, refill of auto coffee machine, pool restrictions), it could have been better

I’m clean so I love the rooms was clean and I love the pool and the house keepers are excellent

I didn’t get my deposit back for the two night

I liked everything about this wonderful place, starting from the very nice, friendly people in the front desk, to the amazing facilities, cozy comfortable room, and nice food. I had a wonderful experiences. Thank you 😊

I like that they gave me my rooms together, they understood that it was teenagers and they put us where it wasn't a lot of people at

Was able to check in early. Our request for extra pillows, upper level room away from elevator was heard and exceeded! Room was clean, called for more towels and they were up in our room within five minutes.

Check in staff...not very pleasant.

Overall the hotel is great very friendly staff and very clean.

With covid and restaurants closing early and no restaurant near the hotel. They should have a bigger selection microwave foods.
