The breakfast was really good! The staff was very attentive to every need and very polite! The room was really nice & cozy! I will definitely return again! 👌Just how I liked it! Great Job everybody!

It was nothing I didn’t like although I would have really enjoyed if they had a Jacuzzi! However I can’t complain!

Very convenient location with upgrades and excellent service

There was some sort of an odor in the hallway of where our room was located. The breakfast options could be better with more healthier options.

Good location. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices (thank goodness no more 'grab and go' breakfasts)! Room was very clean, what few staff we saw were very pleasant. Also very grateful the hotel is pet-friendly and even provides bags to clean up after pets.

Some higher traffic areas were a little dated and worn. Outside trashcan was overflowing with garbage. Pet fee too high.

I thought charging your customers $150.00 to bring a pet was way over the top. Everyone we were in Naperville with was staying there so we didn't have much of a choice. We travel quite frequently with our little dog that doesn't bark and we have never paid that kind of fee.

I was in Aurora for a friends Birthday. The house we were going to stay at was packed so we decided to get a hotel room instead. A room this side with a full size fridge sink microwave full furnished with dishes plate and silverware in m ost major city’s would be around $500 a night. Our stay costed us $209 for two full night. Years ago when my friend was Home on leave from the Armed services we got a presidential suit at $1100 a night. This room was bigger and had more home comforts then the press suit. I recommend trying this out before you go and stay at some swanky 5 star hotel for 5x more! Very pleased. John Edgar.

The desk staff was very rude. He had an attitude & he was just rude. He was talking to us as if we were dumb, he rolled his eyes a few times & gave us an attitude the whole time he was helping us. Other than that he didn’t give us anymore trouble.

The staff was very attentive and understanding and helped us whenever we asked for it and none of them were rude. The parking was free and the pricing was fair and the rooms were spacious.

Clean, smelled good, and had good internet with good speed. Definitely would stay here again if I am in the area.

Paper sack with fruit and a bottle of water .... not too good. The worst feature about my whole trip. I realize that Covid-19 has caused a disruption but surely you can do better such as some sort of a breakfast that can be microwaved.

When in our bathroom we could hear this guy talking like really loud. It seems to be coming right though the vents. Very annoying
