Holiday Inn Express Naperville, an IHG Hotel

Clean. Good location. Good food.

I didn’t like the bath tub. The tub floor sits 3” higher than the floor in the bathroom. I stepped out and fell not knowing it was like stepping down a stair. I hit the door with my shoulder and hit my head on the wall I went to ER and they put 3 staples on the back of my head to close the gash. I reported to the front desk. It was my own fault I didn’t pay attention to the tub, but I wish it would have been marked or a sign with “Caution”. Everything else was very good. I just don’t want anyone else to get hurt.

it was clean, spacious rooms, nice lobby and courtyard.

we were traveling with a group of middle school boys. they were getting loud and the front desk got complaints, but never told me until they were ready to kick us out. I wish they had let me know sooner so I could address the situation before it got so bad. once I knew I addressed it with the boys and they settled down.

Breakfast was vey good. Nice and convenient to have it included. Complimentary upgrade was much appreciated. We stay at this hotel 3 times a year to visit our grandchildren. We keep going back for the friendliness of the staff, the location, and the value. The swimming pool is always clean.

Breakfast was excellent. Would suggest some regular coffee creamer along with the flavored varieties I was offered another room to accommodate my allergies. I was originally assigned a room near the pool which smelled like chlorine. The gentleman at the front desk happily found me a more suitable room.

Bathroom needed painting and spot on another wall needed painting. Could have used a book of local things to see and do. Always nice if front desk makes recommendations. Room across us had kids running and loud when we had asked for a quiet room

The staff was very friendly, the common areas and room were clean, the price was great, and the breakfast was good. The location is about 10 min from downtown Naperville and a few restaurants are right nearby. it’s easy to get to major roads as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

It was clean. Fresh coffee. Bed was comfortable.

Our shower pressure sucked. Toilet seat broken. Elevator not close to front desk. Only one towel in the room, called down to the front desk to have housekeeping bring one, dude at desk kept telling me to get dressed and come down and get one.

The bed was really comfortable, and we got the one bedroom which I couldn't believe how much space you get in that room. We will be coming back for that room again!! 👍😘 The friendliness of the staff and breakfast were just amazing.

Breakfast was good, liked the pancakes especially. Location was convenient, lots of parking and good access to door clise to room.

Couldn't get coffee maker or safe to work.

The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We had to leave very early in the morning and the staff had breakfast out an hour before the scheduled time, so we were able to eat before heading out.
