Everything was okay

Everything was very clean, honestly for the price I was expecting less quality but I was very pleasantly surprised, everything was very well kept. The bathroom and shower was tiles which was a pleasant surprise and the AC was already running and ready for me. The staff was very friendly and on top of keeping the main lobby looking clean and welcoming as well

The bed felt a little on the cheap side but overall still comfortable. Noise travels easy, for example there were some loud guests in the hallways and it came through into my room crystal clear

This location Was awesome. Went there for my son Navy graduation. It was close to everything about 20 minutes to base. They have shuttle service which made it easier shopping and food was all around so that’s a plus the property was a little older hotel well cleaned little cramped in the room, but overall comfortable

The bathroom sink being on the outside of the bathroom was a little confining,not having enough space in the bathroom to change when you have other guests along with you,

Breakfast was good, and enough for all. Did not see artificial sweeteners though. The room and coffee break area were clean and comfortable. Attention from the employees was professional and helpful.

Did not see the vending machine for basic munchies (cookies, crackers, and some candies, probably to avoid competition across the parking restaurant, nevertheless, it would be fine to have them as they have the liquid bottle refreshments. Labels on doors, walls, and aisles were with good information but all of them should be laminated to avoid peeling and tearing. It would make it look more presentable showing attention to detail.

It was very close to the Navy training center where my son was graduating from boot camp. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

The entrance to the hotel was in a busy driver license parking lot, so there was always a ton of people hanging around outside trying to get their license. It just made it a little difficult to gwt in and park.

The only thing i didnt really like was how it says that they have breakfast but the only breakfast they had was orange juice with a muffin but the hotel was like 60 dollars so im not really complaining and plus there is a restaurant infront that gets you 10% off showing you have a room key which was neat

I liked the easy access to USN Great Lakes Training Center. The restaurant is across the parking lot, and the menu was excellent, the food good and good value. Staff responded to every request very quickly.

One person in the room would have been fine, but two people wanted more space to arrange personal items. We asked for an extra chair and one arrived promptly.

Staff was amazing. Made sure to make us feel welcomed and safe. The hotel is just a few minutes from Navy Graduation facilities. We could walk to various gas stations with mini markets and restaurants.

The beds were pretty comfortable and the pillows were nice.

The shower was very narrow, so the shower curtain was constantly on me. The handle that turns the water on and off was very hard to get to the proper temperature.

Great staff room was very clean

The first two nights were great but the last night you smelled weed all down the hallway I had to put towels down to the door so we can stop smelling it and I turn the heater off after I seen the cord
