Super 8 by Wyndham Greenfield

Loved the location and how clean the facility was. I think this is the cleanest Super 8 I've ever been to! Super impressed with staff!!! I didn't realize there were no elevators here and my room was initially on the 2nd floor but because of recent back surgery I can't do stairs very well. Julie is who checked me in and was understanding of my situation and was able to find me a room on the 1st floor and close to an exit. That way I wouldn't have to walk far either. Housekeeping was amazing too!! I seen a lady the next morning and I needed a few extra things and she was so happy to help. I travel a lot to Indy amd Noblesville, I might have to make a detour just to stay here! Will definitely come back 💕 Breakfast was great too! There happened to be a few little league teams staying too and the kids were all there for breakfast. Eventho there were a lot of kids and stuff was disappearing quick the guy who was restocking did an amazing job!!! He was super quick to get things refilled for us 💕 Oh and the hot tub!! That was a highlight for me! That was the 1st time since back surgery that I was in water other than a shower and the hot tub was amazing on my back. All in all...amazing stay 🥰

Can't not think of one thing I didn't like. The vending machine prices were even decent 💕

The front foyer was very welcoming..it was clean, with a fireplace and ample seating. The Guest Service Attendant at our late check in was warm and informative, I believe her name was Jessica. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable which was just what we needed :) The Hot Tub was clean and wonderful for a sore back! The grounds were well kept and well lit. My breakfast waffle was Outstanding and my family really enjoyed the selection and dining area. What made our stay absolutely wonderful and what will bring us back happened after checkout. We were arranging our belongings in the car and I get a call from Julie, and she let's me know the housekeeping staff found my husband's android watch in the bedding, he thought it was in his bag!! The staff here is not only very efficient and kind but they are HONEST and deserve recognition for the Integrity they showed, Bravo Super 8! 👏

The only thing I would have loved was an updated tub/shower, as I could see some cracks had been repaired, and it made me nervous 😥

Parking was close and easily accessible. Check in was very fast. The staff was very nice and helpful. Forgot to pack our tooth brushes and the desk clerk got us 2. Free coffee and hot cocoa as well as popcorn. The room was spacious and very clean. The bath tub was very big. Water pressure was great in the shower. Mini fridge and microwave in the room very handy. The whole hotel was very quiet all night long. Awesome breakfast with many hot and cold options. Large dining area with plenty of tables. Breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. Check out was just as fast. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.

The toilet was very short. Not sure if I've ever seen one that short before. The sink and mirror were outside the bathroom. The bed was a little firm but we both got a good nights sleep on it.

Check-in was very efficient and the lady who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed. It was quiet and I slept well. The bed was comfortable. The popcorn in the lobby was a nice touch, although we had already eaten so was too full to try any. There was coffee in the lobby as well. Breakfast was good, on par with other hotel breakfasts. I usually don't stay in Super 8 motels because I have always had a negative impression of them for some reason. However, this one had great reviews and I'm glad I gave it a chance. I would definitely stay again.

The indoor pool and hot tub were nice. The pool was bigger than I imagined and my granddaughters enjoyed the swim. The chlorine was a little overwhelming though and burned our eyes a bit so we didn't stay a long time. That was the only negative.

Great location with no safety concerns, room and all common areas very clean, entire staff was was very pleasant & friendly, Free breakfast was as expected. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower. Pool/hot tub was well kept and clean. Was skeptical of the high ratings on internet but it's deserved.

The room doors aren't well insulated for sound, if you're a light sleeper this could be an issue. Though there were multiple pillows on bed, they were all identical rather than a selection of soft to firm which some facilities offer. These are nitpicky observations just noted for information.

My room was clean, housekeeping did a good job every day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location (Greenfield, Indiana) was good for me. The breakfast was good; the dining room was clean and there was a nice variety of foods to choose from. The food quality of everything I had was good.

The only flaw I noticed was that the sink drained slowly. I notified the front desk on when I checked out and they said they would take care of it. Admittedly, this a minor thing but it was about the only "problem" I had. Everything else was fine.

The location of this motel is perfect. This is a busy street, full of stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The woman who checked me in was extremely friendly, suggesting restaurants, reminding me that there was free popcorn in the lobby in the evenings, and suggesting she run my card and check me out then, so I could leave whenever I wanted the next day. The bathtub was huge and just right for a soak after eight hours of driving, and shower pressure was excellent. The free breakfast came with a variety of options and everything was hot. Sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, two kinds of sausage, and a waffle maker. Two kinds of cold cereal, oatmeal, pastries, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Two kinds of juice as well as coffee.

The morning clerk was a little grumpy when she came in to check on the breakfast area, hefting a loud irritated sigh because someone left the ladle in the sausage gravy, but otherwise I cannot find much to complain about.

All staff was great! It was quiet! Popcorn at night was also a nice surprise. Breakfast was decent we were there 8 nights so it would have been nice to see some change up for example bacon vs sausage every day. Waffles were good!

Rooms were small yes standard size, but one could not just step into the bathroom door without being almost in the shower. Had I not booked 3rd party my bill would have been 200 or 300 $ less.

The staff that I dealt with were all friendly and efficient. The breakfast was above average. The complimentary popcorn was a nice (and unique) touch. My handicapped-accessible room had a particularly well-equipped bathroom, with plenty of grab bars and a hand shower.

The internet was on the slow side, but not the worst that I have ever seen.

Susie at check-in was so kind! The hospitality was exceptional. The area was super safe and we left a bike locked on the car overnight with no issues. It was in a very clean and tidy town with a well-lit and well-kept spaces & many restaurants to choose from. The room was really clean, shower water pressure was great & hot. Breakfast area was tidy and good! The good reviews are definitely accurate.

No complaints!
