Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Greenfield

I liked everything about this property. It is an outstanding accommodation! The staff was very friendly at check in and check out and the breakfast was great. First time staying at a Fairfield…usually stay at a Hampton. Fairfield was quite the shock of how better maintained and better quality than the Hampton next door to this property. I will now always stay at this Fairfield instead. I had an excellent stay. Thank you

Nothing. Outstanding property!

The facility was very up to date, clean, and well maintained. The Breakfast personnel were exceptional and practiced very strict COVID procedures.

Upon arriving for check in no one at front desk for about 10 min? Housekeeping found her outside and told her we were waiting. May have been smoking don't know. Room sound proofing was below average. Between 10pm and midnight constant noise from adjoining room (328) Three or more kids, out of control, screaming and banging the walls. Finally had to call Front Desk (Shannon) to complain. Realize it is a parent issue but we lost a good nights sleep even asking for a quiet room when making the reservation. Room mini frig makes a "churp" sound when clicking on and off.

The staff is extremely friendly any questions I had they took their time to answer they had a very nice continental breakfast the rooms are extremely clean the hotel itself is extremely clean in the morning everyone was up cleaning doing what they could do to make your stay even better it was just all out great experience

The employees have all been so exceptional. Rachel checked us in and was so helpful and friendly. Had my room keys in my hand within two minutes. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous! We had two rooms so I got to see one with a bath and one with a shower and both were just so nice and modern looking. Love the look of the room and choice of furniture. Nothing was overly bulky and looked really nice together. The breakfast was delicious and very well done, especially during covid. Used the pool and workout equipment and both were taken care of pretty well.

The floors had a couple pieces of dirt and paper wrappers that I noticed. Didn't bother me, because that's what happens when you got a bunch of people moving around the place and I saw people constantly cleaning.

Breakfast had a good variety and selection. The location was convenient to where we were going and had plenty of restaurants nearby.

It was tricky figuring out how to turn on the lights by the beds and the indoor was pretty small.

Loved the cleanliness and comfort

I did not like that I took my children for swimming as main reason and went to swim at 11 am and pool closed for a shock treatment . A male staff had back door of pool room propped open SMOKING ! I asked if my son can still swim as there was a cleaning hose in the water - staff said the pool was closed for a shock not available for an hour - checkout is at Noon so my children did not get to swim. THE POOL NEEDS TO BE SHOCKED DURING NON SWIM POOL HOURS.

kind of a sketchy neighborhood behind the hotel. My daughter didn’t feel safe when our walking.

We were moving from Wisconsin to Ohio with friends who traveled with us to help (how nice was that!) We stayed here enroute to the Columbus area and couldn't have had a more positive experience. Plenty of parking for the Uhaul and multiple cars, the rooms were exceptional, the staff was warm and welcoming - the young lady at the front desk offered a lively conversation (and that's a plus) and the morning breakfast was quite good. HIghly recommend.

staff was great, the cleanest hotel I have ever seen , beds were very comfortable and it was so quiet.

The pool. It was so small and only 3 1/2 feet deep. Granddaughter loves to swim.

They had a nice selection of food for breakfast.

I didn’t like that everyone was handling the same utensils to get their food at breakfast. The spoons and forks were also setup to where anyone getting one was touching more than one fork or spoon. With Covid making a come back i would think this would be addressed.
