Baymont by Wyndham Fort Wayne

Staff was courteous and kind. My room was perfect, it was exactly what I needed, and for an affordable price. There were only minor issues with cleanliness and those were easily fixed by the staff. The location was great too, right by the freeway- my GPS got a little confused by the driveway leading into it but the place itself was nice.

I do wish there had been a new bottle of shampoo instead of the half empty bottle of lotion that was waiting for me with a single hair inside. That was gross. But also very easy to fix, just got my toiletries replaced and it was like it never even happened. The staff was helpful and corrected the mistake right away. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a cost effective, clean and dignified place to stay.

Was very clean and comfortable! Even though our reservation was cancelled, we found out we weren’t charged because they did give us our room at the same price!

Because we were traveling late and had to go through many construction zones on our trip, we got in later! Our reservation was cancelled even though I’d guaranteed with a credit card! Also, they advertised breakfast included until 9:00 AM. I went down to get breakfast and there was nothing hot, no eggs or meat, etc. They had all cold stuff except for coffee! There was some bread for toast, but no butter only cream cheese!

Never did their breakfast. Room was great, not necessarily easy access off the freeway at night. Only complaint was really noisy hallways a couple times and early morning someone upstairs playing loud TV news and walking w very heavy feet. Also never figured out their tv programming. THAT was annoying, but w their wifi and my laptop I got through it. The staff was all great.

Room and bed. Friendly staff on front desk at check in. Neat and tidy appearance facilities. Helpful.

Ice machine not working. Bed linens need updating. Very disappointed with breakfast. Not much there. No peanut butter, green bananas, only white choices for bread. Poor choices for cereals. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6am. Not ready till about 6:25 am. Not your most personable breakfast attendant. Although somewhat helpful.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. I also appreciate the variety at the breakfast bar.

I encountered a rude staff member a couple times although I enjoy the hotel for its cleanliness, amenities and location I found that my most recent stay have been pleasant and have not encountered a rude staff member and I’ve come 2 more times since the encounter.

We were in town for a funeral. My elderly brother did not have a place to stay and the hotel was booked. They graciously provided a roll-away bed in our room so that he would have a place to stay.

There was only bags with a muffin and granola bar for breakfast and a few pieces of fruit. When we went down, there were no bags out and I had to ask the front desk several times to get a bag.

I was going into the hospital the next day. Room was just the right size, and had the quiet I wanted. The Baymont was right across the street from Parkview, real convenient.

The hotel and room were clean. The breakfast was great. Everyone I came in contact with were very nice and friendly.

I cannot think of anything I did not like.

Great staff. Good breakfast for being a cold one, was given plenty of options still. Very clean and quiet. The staff was eager to help anyway possible.

Be prepared for multiple people in the room when it's reserved.

It’s beautiful, well kept and comfy. Amazing amenities…pool, workout room & sauna… The manager older white gentleman with red ish hair was rude and short at times/ The Latino gentleman was always sweet and nice
