Courtyard Fort Wayne Downtown at Grand Wayne Convention Center

The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The entire hotel looked really nice, and our room was really clean. Great location we will definitely be returning!

Location was amazing. But honestly enjoyed the late evening check-in staff on the 19th of Nov. Sorry don't remember names but the male and female staffers had exceptional customer service and were very personable. To them Thank you for you awesome customer service. The room was comfortable and clean, has to request towels because there was only 1 set in bathroom which the front desk corrected and apologized for immediately ypon me making them aware. Definitely stay there again.

The afternoon front desk attendant on the 20th. Not very customer friendly, slightly cold when asking for assistance.

Comfortable beds and nice size room. Shower and pool great .

There could be complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate available to guests 24/7 somewhere in lobby. The heat/ac in room could not be regulated effectively. Parking was more expensive than other local hotels. Since you are not offering complimentary breakfast, you could at least comp Parking.

This property is beautiful. First of all Benjamin at the front desk greeted me with a pleasant smile. He was resourceful and very polite. Evan was was very welcoming and helpful with my questions. I stayed on the 4th floor, with a surprising courtyard view of the new baseball stadium. Conner’s restaurant was located in the lobby. I stopped in and visited the awesome bar and met Isaiah a cool bartender. I asked him for a suggestion and he made a refreshing cocktail. I also had a fantastic view of The Conner’s Rooftop bar and each night the scene were having a great evening. The rooms were clean, well spaced, modern, with a a microwave, frig, and large smart TV. They have a pool and a warm lounging are for business or pleasure. The location is near many restaurants and 2 Starbucks. They have Envo bike and Scooters available everywhere. It’s in a great location to walk to the botanical gardens. I will be back!

Because of the foot traffic the halls need more vacuuming.

The room was big, clean, and updated. Great friendly staff. We found out our refrigerator was broken and they promptly replaced it with one that worked.

Wish they had some type of breakfast for Thanksgiving morning. We had to go to a local grocery store to get breakfast because everything else was closed. They should have put up signs notifying guess that they would not be offering any type of breakfast items. I also wish they had better options for breakfast when they do offer it.

I was there for a banquet and the staff did a wonderful job of serving and helping. The check-in staff was fabulous! Again, the hotel was fully booked with all sorts of teams etc. They were so calm and helpful and nice. Room was nice and clean. Bed was nice and comfortable.

The only thing that I could even count a negative was that we found a hotel pillow behind the couch so probably no one looked there. But, the hotel was totally booked and incredibly busy

i loved how clean the room was and it was very peaceful. i love how you can adjust the heart and/or air to any setting you want to to be comfortable. The alarm clock came in handy especially because we had to be up early

I didn’t like that fact that i had to pay an extra $41 for this hotel. When i booked the hotel online it said $119. So it should’ve told me that that i was going to have to pay for other things and told me the total price. Because i would’ve picked somewhere cheaper

location was great, attached parking was super convenient, skywalk connection was awesome, room was pretty quiet for a hotel.

Would have liked a small coffee shop with a few baked goods for breakfast, but was nice having a restaurant right there. The bathroom ceiling in our room needs fresh paint, as you can see the mildew from the years of moisture.

The man at the front desk lied & said they had no rooms. Booking.com didn't send my reservation to the Marriott so I had to leave & rebook with Marriott. My stay was peaceful after that. I deleted my Booking.com app & moving forward

Staff was excellent. Very Comfortable rooms. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Parking right next door and Hotel is very centrally located. Very good restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel.
