I often book at this hotel for myself and my drivers when we need to work in Fort Wayne. I am a white female I have also booked for a black female. Neither of us were asked for a Depost, my black male driver was asked for a deposit. (Credit card on file) every time we come there I use book it. com for my reservations

The staff was excellent, very friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable and clean.
While it's not a problem if you know ahead, the room will only be cleaned if you stay more than 5 nights. We normally bring our own toiletries but didn't this time. We had to request soap, shampoo and extra towels. Also, the hot breakfast is not implemented yet and the grab & go breakfast is a Hostess muffin and water. The coffee was available and the staff was quick to make fresh.... We would definitely stay here again....

Yes, the garbage could have been emptied, the one in the living area had two bottles in it. And being pet friendly, vacuum the sofa, I sat on it in black pants and had little white hairs on them when I got ready for bed, I have no animals. The stay was great otherwise.

The remote works, it was clean and no smell attached to the room. Breakfast is always enjoyable due to the older man that helps with the waffles. The employees were great with helping me and getting me checked in.

Pool was supposed to be open and wasn't. Was very hot, there for baseball tournament and was looking forward to swimming.
