Wyndham Garden Fort Wayne

I was very pleased with the ambiance that this hotel offer my sweetie and I upon our stay. We booked a jacuzzi suite and it was marvelous. The out door code yard of the hotel was amazing. I can appreciate a stay like this. Quiet, peaceful and clean. Well worth the price. I would stay here again and recommend it to people I know.

I didn't like not having smoking rooms as an option.

This hotel was very clean, quiet, great location and has a great breakfast. Something a bit different daily! I had a few small "sanfoos" but they were resolved fairly quickly. I had an issue with the AC in my original room. They gave me a fan and moved me to a new room the next day. The new room coffee maker wasn't working, they brought me up a new one. I got food poisoning (NOT FROM HOTEL) and my toilet wasn't working properly. They brought me up a Plunger (which was a bit odd) This didn't fix problem. The next day I told them it was not a "clogged" issue, I knew it was the flow valve or flapper. I told them this and it was fixed that day. Great hotel would recommend!

The hot tub was closed. The morning desk staff was not very personable, not did greet you as you were leaving for the day or returning. A guest should always be acknowledged when walking in or out!

The staff are wonderful!! We thought we had left some keys in the room after checkout. I called from the restaurant and they immediately sent housekeeping staff to check the room. Upon returning, I was told they didn't find them but the clerk had a housekeeper waiting at the room to let me in to check myself. They were super friendly from start to finish.

The carpet in the room was a little worn and one faucet handle on the jacuzzi tub was broken and would just continuously spin, turning on and off so you had to get it just right so it didn't drip constantly. But that is literally the only critique, the tub still worked just fine and the bed was super comfy!!

Staff pleasant courteous and professional. Bed was comfortable room was clean. Breakfast was very good, left a tip each day. Leave tips for your breakfast host. They do so much to start your day right.

Carpet in room was frayed in several places, jacuzzi tub was clean, but barely bubbled, definitely not the massage I was looking for. Also water leaked out constantly, tried readjusting the plug to avail. Pool and public hot tub were closed. Decent fitness room, missing one 30 lbs dumbell, missing one 25 lbs dumbell. No sanitizer to clean equipment after use.

I thought the rooms seemed a little bigger than other hotels,, however, the beds are only doubles and not queen size. I did like the fact the sink was separate from the toilet/shower, but the toilet/shower area was tight. And having the wall to block light from bedroom was nice. Disappointed the hot tub is permanently closed, but I know many hotels are doing away with them The indoor pool is pretty small when the outdoor access is closed, so hopefully the thought of removing hot tub too enlarge indoor pool is purpose. Breakfast area is extremely tight area just walking the outside wall line and having the big bar seating in the middle. Pretty crowded when the hotel is booked with many families there for sporting events. But, had hot and cold breakfast options that were convenient for eating in their dining area or take on the go.

Indoor pool could be larger. Access to all entrances other than front entrance should require key ALL times if the day.

The whole experience matches up to the website . The pictures were accurate and so we're all the good reviews I read. So many times the website will portray a nice hotel then when you arrive you are disappointed but this Wyndham was everything and more that I was hoping for. So thank you!

Only a minor thing, I didn't see many signs pointed toward lobby and I walked in circles alot but most of that was probably me. I have little sense of direction

The room was nice and quiet. They had all the necessary amenities that you need like microwave, refrigerator and a sitting area to work or eat.

The bathroom was adequate. The toilet was sitting too low because my husband and I are both tall. Also, the bathroom could use some updating. Also, we we first arrived at the hotel, there was a musty stale odor in the hallway and corridors. I don’t know if it was the smell of alcohol because there were a lot of patrons in the breakfast area drinking and having a little party. However, I didn’t hear any noise in my room.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean. The hotel overall was well kept. The pool looked nice (didn't pack a suit to try it out). The breakfast was exceptional with real food (fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, ham, hash browns, yogurt, bread, and mixed pastries) and instant food (cereal, oatmeal packets, fruit/cream cheese stuffed bagel bars, etc.). The breakfast staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Everything went very smoothly and conveniently. Great place for a family.

It was accessible to everywhere we needed to go and the outside access around the hotel was convenient. Our toilet was clogged and they immediately helped (the housekeeping was polite and helped)

Pool was open random hours , very chlorinated/chemicals with no one in it. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are not user friendly , you shouldn’t have to work that hard to get out a product.

Loved the 2 pools the bed was very comfortable breakfast area was big an loved all of the different selections just wish they had more pork free items

When I checked in the 2 guys at the front desk showed horrible customer service skills coming from a hospitality job there was no smile spark or nothing .. but the morning guy was super nice even though he had a line he may have been the owner
