Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center

The room & bath areas were clean. If you make and over 14 the toilet leave very much to be desired. The seat is only 18 inches off the floor, if that high. I is of the old 2 full gallons, or more, to flush design. Therefore it is very uncomfortable to sit on it while your man parts are soaking in waste water. I would suggest any male over 15 requests a room with handicap accessibility! Also the table top bed side electrical outlet should be replaced as the electrical contact are extremely loose, worn out!!!

The room and bed are comfortable.

Location was perfect for the events being held at the Grand Wayne convention center. I loved that we could walk from the parking garage to the hotel, and then the convention center without going outside. Also, Starbucks right on site.

Our first room was very dirty, but the second room ( we switched) was nice. No shower soap. Breakfast was a little dry.

I love how God has a way of changing my heart to make the best of everything rather than complain about anything. Human experience is just that. Things age. Nothing is perfect. But life with God is amazing anyway. The little coffee maker in the room was neat!

What I don't like? Waking up and having to take time to get myself oriented toward God because I always have to put God in all my thoughts if I am to have a good day. It doesn't matter where I am, I have to do that or I will become a super critic who finds the bad in everything!

Overall very good hotel in great location for me. Knowlegeable and friendly staff.

Had one regular room, view of top of flat roof bldg, and one with a city view, view of top of city parking garage. Very little difference between the two, certainly not enough to pay more for the city view.

Our rooms were great! We had a microwave, and a refrigerator and the beds were comfortable. We hardly heard any of the rooms around us, and it was a busy weekend! The hotel was in a great location next to the parking garage and the botanical garden. The hotel bar was nice as well.

The first night we arrived we went to the pool. There were 4-5 preteen children running around the pool and fitness center unsupervised. They were screaming at each other, violently throwing each other in the pool and made us feel concerned about our 4 year olds safety in the water. After a loud confrontation between them in the fitness center we called the front desk upon returning to our room, where we were told they saw this on the security cameras and sent security out to address the issue. These children were not only swearing at each other but other parents and almost soured our trip early on. There should be hotel staff assigned to the pool/fitness center, especially on busy weekends to prevent these situations from occuring in the future.

The front desk staff (4) were preoccupied with other matters or talking to other staff when I was attempting to check in. I'm sure they are busy, but they could have said" We'll be right with you" instead of just letting me stand there.

This is the only ‘proper’ hotel in the area. All others are new style box houses. Being in the center of town there are no highways nearby making it so much quieter. The TV in the rooms are huge! Also, there is a full bar and a Starbucks inside. There is a nice lobby with plenty of elbow room. The staff are very accommodating. I love coming to this hotel and have been staying there for 10+ years.

Needs some minor face lifting. However, this is a spacious full sized Hilton hotel!!

The hotel itself wad great. The staff very helpful and friendly! Good location

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom inside shower curtain had 2 different areas that had debris on it. Obviously had not been washed. The bathroom door and doorframe needed to be cleaned. Also didn't have shower gel.

Did not get to eat breakfast tryed to but the breakfast gal treated us like we were not supposed to be there ( my self and my grandson) so we just lefted. Never would of let my adult children speak to me in that way.

Everything was great until we had the bad experience at the breakfast.

We were here for a tournament using the grand Wayne convention center and it was so convenient . Due to covid we did not utilize the food places, except for Starbucks which was on property and also very convenient. Our hotel room was clean. The pool was nice for the kids- small but clean. There are a lot of food places within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

We definitely didn’t have enough towels but when you asked for some you got them! Otherwise no complaints.
