Friendly staff and clean. Some signs of wear on paint on bathroom door and counter top edging was the only thing that didn't look fresh and pretty new. That's not a criticism, my point is you had to look closely for signs that the room wasn't brand new so I think that's a positive.

I have no complaints. I will share for those who may care, that the one day there was a note left in the room and I'm paraphrasing but essentially it said that due to staffing shortages they were scaling back the housekeeping services to just the essentials. Honestly this does not bother me at all. It's not like I was paying for a luxury hotel. For the price it was a good value.. The bathroom linens were replaced every day and the room looked clean. For a short trip I could care less if somebody makes the bed everyday. I sure don't do that at home haha.

Hotel is older but clean. Rooms nicely appointed. Breakfast was very expansive: pancakes, waffles, eggs, potatoes and sausage. Good cereal options as well (3 options including a sweet cereal for the younger ones). Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Towels in bathrooms were big in size, which is really a nice surprise.

Staff tried to provide information on food being served but was unable to find ingredients for sausage and potatoes. A member of our party has life threatening food allergies to dairy and treenut. If you could have a process in which all ingredients all available in a binder. Then with each shipment, double check what is in the binder that would be great. Coffee not very good.

The room was spacious and clean. Extra wipes and a small bottle of hand sanitizer were provided for my use. The breakfast were very good. To prevent guests from spreading germs. Hot breakfast were plated by an attendant and handed to each guest. Each guest could make their own waffles and pancakes if desired. The hotel was very quiet during my stay.

The rooms have been updated but need attention. The ceiling had at least two colors of paint so I knew where the patches were. The tv guide on the screen did not match the channel line up. Very disappointing. There were several contractor crews that stayed there. Their trucks and trailers took up the best parking stalls. There were empty parking lots nearby where these could have been parked. The bathroom is in need of a deep clean which probably hasn't occurred due to Covid and staffing levels.

it was very unpleasant, to get to the hotel room, and when I want to use the bathroom the very dirty toilet with pup attached to the tilet and the bathtub even with the sustainability of the last person staying in that room before we disappointed by the degree of terrible cleansing on the of my room

The room was clean and large enough for my daughter and my grandchildren. They had a King bed and fold out couch. They were provided with sheets and a blanket for the couch on arrival. The pool was great and one of the few open in town. Breakfast was great! Hot cakes and waffles or eggs and sausage, cereal, juice and toast or muffins. Way more than expected and worth every penny!

It was hard to figure out where the entrance to the pool was but thats is the only thing.

Our room was very nice and clean. The location was perfect, close to stores and close to our family. I would definitely stay here again!

The only real complaint I have is the smell in the elevator and the smell when we first walked into our room. The elevator smelled like it was overheated, and the entrance to our room smelled like feet.

We had a spacious room with a sofa and coffee table, and appreciate the fridge and microwave even though we didn’t have a chance to use them. The room was also very clean.

There was a family with small children next door, and they were noisy, even late at night. The room was also a little damp (like so many hotels) but at least had a bathroom fan.

The motel is right next to i69 so easy to find. The building looks fairly new and is in first rate condition. It has an indoor pool but didn't think to bring a swim suit. The staff was friendly and most helpful. Breakfast was excellent too. They had a person that would make to go boxes of scrambled eggs and bacon for guests + cold cereal, toast, yogurt and of course coffee. The rooms were well equipped with a love seat, desk, fridge, hair dryer, microwave & ironing board/iron. They also have a shuttle for the airport which is close by. An altogether pleasant stay.

Booked on Trivago as a last minute decision. I'm hauling Hurricane relief supplies to Louisiana, and had driven 18 hours from La. to Fort Wayne. I basically needed a shower, air conditioning and a clean bed for about 6 hours. No frill, etc. The deal I got on this room was under $100, but the room was of the Quality that I have paid multiple times for in the past. Excellent all the way around.

Have no complaints. Everything was as needed.

The room was very clean and there were no issues with checking in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The elevator was making odd sounds when it was operating. It was never an issue, just made me concerned when using it.
