The morning staff was always cheerful and helpful, breakfast was great and hotel was clean.
We were there for a basketball tournament, we know quiet times start at 10. Didn't know that quiet time meant we couldn't sit in the lobby, front desk lady proceeded to get loud and kick us out of the lobby. She was rude and condescending. The adults were watching the basketball game and we could not get the channel in our rooms. As a paying customer I didn't think quiet time meant the lobby was off limits completely.

When I made the reservation I mentioned that we w/b bringing our dog. There was never a mention of an additional charge for the pet ... I was charged an additional $25/nt for the dog. Really think that they should have mentioned the extra charge prior to booking. Also, they really nickel & dime you to death w/all of the extra fees & taxes.

The hotel is very clean and staff was very friendly a d helpful.
I didn't like the fact that there is no breakfast included and also they take out an extra $20 just in case you want to get breakfast or buy from there little Cafe area. For the price I paid for this room breakfast should be included. My daughter has another tournament there in 2 weeks and you guys have raised the prices an extra $20-$30. Not sure if I will book with you guys or not.

I loved that the restaurant was open. We had breakfast from there and it was really good! This was first time it had been open when we stayed there.
We are returning customers at that hotel and the mattress in the room we stayed in was a little uncomfortable, but not too bad. It could have just been an older mattress. Not something that will keep us from going back.

The staff that we encountered were all very nice and helpful, the sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. Location is close to the airport and they were willing to work with us on a late check in!
Evidence existed that cleaning wasn't as good as it should be, ESPECIALLY during this new COVID era, but we made sure to sanitize everything anyway so it was not a huge enough ordeal to make me not want to stay again. The carpet throughout could use replacing, but again it was not so bad that I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was very clean, updated and modern with plenty of drawers and cubbies for clothing and shoes. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation to stay there again.
The bathroom didn’t seem to be heated so was a bit chilly.
