I appreciated that the employees cared enough about our safety to call us the morning of our trip and warn us about forecasted storms in the area. At check-in, we were also provided directions to the window-free basement of the main building, just in case of tornadoes. Fortunately, this did not end up being necessary, but it was reassuring to have a plan.
The mattress and pillows were softer than I prefer and I found it a bit difficult to get comfortable. I would still visit again with my own pillow and see if that solved the issue.

Breakfast was not available. The room and the overall hotel and people were wonderful! We loved our stay. I met my 52 year friend for a reunion weekend. Hotel Broadripple Was perfect. The only bummer was tv reception .This particular weekend it wasn’t important to us but certainly should be addressed. Thks, we will return and have already told others!

Perfect location in Broadripple- right ON the Monon trail. Quiet, yet bustling with a great vibe! So clean and unique- a great little boutique with lovely staff. “ mask recommended but not required = perfect for the time we found ourselves in. Now the rest of Broadripple needs to catch up. Vaccinated do NOT need to wear masks. Was turned away from 3 shops( I simply left and spent double $$ at the other establishments) Once Marion County gets their act together to reflect current guidelines - this will be an even better place to enjoy.

The room we were in was very cozy feeling with lovely decor. The screened in porch was an unexpected huge boon! The owners/staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Location is a super short walk to all the Broad Ripple restaurants and the Monon Trail is just past the parking lot.
It wasn't a problem for me, and I doubt would be for most people, but know there is a road on the other side of the building from the trail - if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping, you may benefit from earplugs.

Situated in a great area with access to the Monon trail and great restaurants, bakeries. The room was beautifully appointed. The owner, Debra, was wonderful!
The fact that there was a heat wave outside. Hotel had great air conditioning and trees around it made it nice and shaddy.

It’s a perfect location right on the Monin trail- across from the Broad Ripple Brew Pub. There is a pleasant outdoor area, sweet private deck with the room, and plenty of easy parking.
The windows all look out to a Main Street so I had to close the blinds for privacy - which made the room a bit darker. Not at all a big deal tho
