La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Downtown

Loved the location. Walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Quiet location. Convenient free parking.

There was trash inside the ac unit. No idea what it was. Very noticeable when you turn it on/off so I have no idea how they didn't notice it. The elevator is pretty small and slow. So if you're trying to get back to your room after an event be prepared to wait. Only about 2-3 people fit at once. There are stairs available at least. Wish they had vending machines instead of their own fridge and shelf with a few chips and canned beans. Can of pop was about $2.50.

It was in a really convenient location. we were able to walk right to the venue where the purpose of our trip was taking place. The rooms were nice, bed was comfy, and was spacious.

The parking located on hotel property was incredibly limited and it was also a very tight parking lot. Thankfully there was a lot nearby and Renee, who was working the desk at night was able to give us a discount code so we didn’t have to pay for the parking in the lot and was able to help us get it straightened out when we had trouble trying to fill out the online form for that lot. i only wish that that information had been included at check in, regarding the extra lot and the discount code.

Rooms are nice. Area Downtown perfect.

When I arrived I was told the prices. Then said I book on the net because cheaper. I was told to do that. Then my booking went thru and I was told I have to pay way more because that room I booked was not free. After long and hard discussion I got a room for that price. Never had those kind of problems anywhere worldwild. Pure anoying. Do not want to know how many guests then just pay the extra 120$ for two nights.

Location was great, room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. I loved being able to easily walk everywhere I wanted to go downtown. Staff was helpful. Free self-parking.

Parking garage is free, which is awesome, but the underground portion seemed run down. No clear place to park during check-in and would not have found extra underground parking spots if not for the fact that a helpful staff member named David was in the garage and explained. Thanks, David! Elevator was super small. Luckily, the stairwell was bright and clean and I was up just one flight.

Room was nicely done. Breakfast beats out any Hilton by far

this hotel apparently for some time has had trouble maintaining clean floors. its so bad that every time I step into my room there were residual tracks. Its as if they never even steam clean the carpets. Parking in the lower lot is a bit sketchy. the lower level ceiling is so cracked I was afraid I'd find concrete bits on my car in the morning or someone had broken in my car. The elevator is passed its time in service ( no inspection certificate). Last but not least the morning of my departure I was in the rest room and someone opened my door with no knock and a key. I yelled out as a warning but lets just say there may have been something on the news that day. Please teach your staff not to enter before announcing themselves CLEARLY!

Extremely friendly staff, cleanliness was top notch, the view was beautiful from the third floor, shower had good pressure and hot water, the microwave was very clean, a/c worked great. Overall wonderful stay.

Internet was a little slow, and the second night we had an hour before breakfast ended so we went to breakfast downstairs and the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were hard. It wasn't very appetizing. Bran flakes for cereal and what looked like discolored fruit loops. Was not impressed with breakfast. Tight car lot, hard to maneuver unless you park in the basement. Not too bad though.

The elevator is old & very small. I definitely thought it was going to break on us. Underground parking is very low. My SUV is very small and I thought I was going to hit the top of my car. Also I wish there were cameras down there or a locked entrance so I feel more secure to leaving it down there.

Breakfast was just okay.... they could do more to make sure things are fresh and stocked... if you aren't there when it opens, it's slim pickins

Staff could be more helpful... evey time I asked the desk a question, they seemed to be annoyed, or didn't have much of an answer Ice machine was broken on my floor

Location was great and the room was huge staff was friendly

Ice machine didn't work, parking lot was full even tho I had a room booked for days so it was hard to find a spot to park inside their lot most of the time and the sink in the bathroom didn't drain

The place corresponds to its description, clean and warm (that is important for a winter season stay), the reception desk is Very friendly, reactive and helpful. The location is nearby the city and business center, as well as near the bus station, that you may use to get to the airport for example.
