Fairfield Inn Suites Indianapolis Downtown

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk clerk was the only staff we interacted with during our stay but they were friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert at TCU Amphitheater and appreciated being able to walk to the event.

When we went to leave, our room key would not work at the parking garage to let us out. It said invalid credentials or not enabled. So we had to call to have them let us out. Also finding the self parking and knowing that you had to go there was a bit confusing.

The staff and front desk was so kind. The room looked amazing and very clean.

The car service at night was very unorganized. The wait was over 30min to get our car, and then we had to flag down someone to park the car after waiting in front of the hotel for 45min. We was told that the 3 hotels share the car service people and was very very sorry for the inconvenience but for 45$ for a night.

Room and bathroom were clean and well-supplied. Good TV options, tech plug ins and storage. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices and was delicious. Fitness room has good equipment. Hotel is accessible to many sites and attractions downtown.

The bed was too firm. The fitness room is nicely equipped but didn't have sanitizing supplies.

The view of the canal was amazing. The couch and bed were both incredibly comfortable. The staff was amazing ensuring I had a crib set up for my baby, gave me an extra voucher for parking since we were going back n forth to the children's hospital, and called me when I forgot some of our belongings and had them set aside for me when I got back to pick them up. Would definitely stay again.

Water in kitchen sink smelled funny... wasn't sure if it was the water or the garbage disposal. Ended up having to buy extra bottled water to wash my son's baby bottles in cuz I didn't want to use the water. The kitchen cabinets had a thick layer of grease on them. Could really use a good degreasing. Everything felt sticky. Having an actual coffee maker with pot was great, but the hotel packaged coffee didn't work well. Ended up buying my own filters and ground coffee.

I had mistakenly made my reservation for the day before I needed it and didn't realize it until I got there to check in. The manager quickly got me another room for the correct day and waived the fee for the night prior. He was very helpful and friendly when I asked for recommendations for somewhere nearby to eat dinner with my infant and even gave me a coupon for one of the restaurants. Really convenient location in walking distance to just about everything.

My view was of a wall of the parking garage. The TGIFridays attached was not open, that was one of the main reasons for selecting that hotel, for the convenience of somewhere close to eat dinner with an infant in tow.

The room with extra pull out bed and 2 tv's was great with 3 teenagers. Breakfast the next morning was great and had plenty of good and a variety for everyone. Was able to pay a small fee and get an early check in and that was a great help.

The walk from the hotel to the parking garage and then through the lobby of the JW Marriott to get to the skywalk and the convention center. It was a little tricky to figure out what floor to stop on between the hotels and the parking garage.

The Fairfield Inn’s king-sized room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel also has a great location to downtown and the Lucas Oil Stadium. Additionally, they offer a wonderful complimentary breakfast.

I liked the tree tea oil and lemongrass soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also the water got very hot which was very relaxing. I also liked the mini refrigerator.

I hated the parking garage. It didn’t really feel safe and was expensive.

Sydney at the front reception check in had a huge welcoming smile and was very helpful! she was awesome!!!

garage got crowded and my room key would not let me leave the garage - thankfully a staff member was behind me in his car and got me out

breakfast time was very busy but the staff seemed to keep up well with the demand.

I down graded the room when I arrived but the hotel would not adjust the rate because I didn't use the Marriot app to book the room.
