Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel

The cleanliness of the room was good. The overall place was well maintained and exceeded expectations.

Room service wasn't up to par. I went downstairs asking for some new batteries for the TV remote in the room the receptionist said she'd call engineering. After 25 mins, I called the desk downstairs and then the same receptionist said she'll bring the batteries herself. We never got our batteries that night.

Staff was so friendly. Very quiet ... no noise in the hallways. Beds were so comfortable and the shower was excellent. Comfort was important to me because I had had an outpatient medical procedure and needed a place to stay after it was done. Could not drive for twenty four hours. I have to stress the beds were outstanding.

One small glitch. We stayed for two days and nights. When we came back to the hotel the second day ... we had been gone for six hours ... housekeeping had not cleaned the room. That being said, they did come and clean when we notified the desk and did so promptly.

Staff member Luce was extremely helpful, even though they were so busy, I described it as a zoo! Hotel was oversold. She was able to accommodate us and comp our parking & breakfast for our patience while standing in line and while she sorted the room situation.

Parking structure is under construction and only has a 6’ clearance. Is a little scary to drive in because corners and roof are so tight.

The front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly. It was a late night check in so at first she couldn't fine my reservations but Ivory took the time out to find it. I usually only stay at 2 to 3 different hotels no matter what city Im in. I have now added Sheraton to the list!

The restroom had an awkward layout but the space of the room was very nice.

The view was amazing, and the hotel was in a perfect location to walk around downtown. I wish I would have had more time to check out the pool and the circle monument, maybe next time!

The garage has a low clearance so we didn’t trust parking our truck, but we found a decent garage around the block

The parking garage!!!! We were scared shirtless! Our truck barely fit thru it! I literally had to walk beside and guide my husband to miss low spots. No warning before we booked. When I asked the check in lady simply said..."you'll be fine". We knew nothing about our surroundings to fine other parking and when I asked she said that was it. So heads up Drive a car!! Starbucks needs to get it together...closed and not even a sign to inform of why.

It’s was very nice and clean and neat also enjoyed the cookies and lemon flavoured water in lobby was leaving out with a cooler one of the front workers ask if we needed any ice

Great location and super friendly staff. We visited for the 4th of July fireworks and the location was excellent just a couple of blocks from the action. Self car park very well located just in the same building.

The breakfast was very good and Betty my waitress did a really nice job on filling me on how to get to St.Louis with the construction

The internet didn’t work right away and it basically is so slow that I just used my wireless hotspot. Also the bathroom drain seemed clogged or struggling to drain the water. Took a shower in a foot of water.

Excellent location, staff is really friendly (especially the amazing ladies who served breakfast)

A little bit expensive, and some parts of the hotel looks really old
