Hotel fulfilled our expectations, clean, facilities were good, breakfast service offered a good selection of food and drinks that appeased us and our children. There was a bar offering food and drink for the evenings if you don't fancy a trip out, again which worked well with us and our children, and they also offered take away for your room. Staff were polite and friendly. Hotel location was ideal in the City centre for what we were doing on our trip and just a short walk from the zoo.

Not particualty much to dislike, the room view wasn't great, it overlooked the inner sides of a couple of buildings and plant areas, but we didn't come for the view but as a base for the location. The hotel entrance was concealed from the street and a little undesired in what felt like the inside of a parking garage and seemed like there was building work going on - but this wouldn't stop us staying here again for all the reasons we liked about the hotel

The breakfast was good. Had more food than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for the family activities that we had plan. I felt safe walking around town, including when walking thru the parking garage. My grandkids had a blast in the pool. The hotel room we had was a good size and comfortable traveling with my 2 pre teen grand children. I was able to get a good sleep while they were up most of the night..

The room could use a little maintenance. The bathroom door would not stay shut. The water for the pool and hot tub was cold. The kids had a blast however the pool was too cold for me to get into in the hot tub was not hot enough.

I enjoyed being able to relax away from home. Hotel was busy however, I was able to enjoy breakfast as well as the reception. Comfortable beds and spacious room. The park structure had a ton of space although it was packed

Have quick access to the pool. The front desk person was like a gatekeeper of the pool on Saturday night. My husband and I waited for a few minute to get into the pool, however, we were tired of waiting after a few minutes and did not get a chance to get into the pool

The location was great since we had to go to lucas stadium for the ffa convention. The hotel was kind of hard to find to check in. I have to say you have an amazing employee named Dwayne at the front desk. He was very helpful and friendly. He helped navigate me and my family to where we needed to go and directions since we were from out of state. Again I can't say enough about his customer service and I do that for a living also. He made it very easy and less confusing.

Nothing really. Hotel was kind of hard to find to check in. We had to ask for help to find the front desk.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. The hotel restaurant/bar was really good. The breakfast was great, the room was really good. Amazing coffee!!! It was a short walk to where I needed to get. A ton of great restaurants with all price ranges within walking distance. Museums within walking distance. Lucas Oil Stadium a 13 min. walk. This hotel worked great. Next door to a theatre! and a $$$$ Steak restaurant "Tony's", Panera Bread next too, then Weber Grill. Bucci De Pepo, and PF Changs right there, and the mall and convention center. Perfect location. Uber and walking was great way to get around. It was easy to see my son perform in the Grand Nationals BOA. Wow, this was a great trip! Our son's HS place in the top 10 Finals! Amazing!!!

One lamp charger(s) didn't work, just used the other one. Parking was $30.00 per day. It costs this much and more everywhere.

Location to Lucas Stadium. Inside very clean. Jeff the bartender. Front desk staff, hot tub, pool! Breakfast but need variety.

Price was supposed to be $711 for three nights, charged $1084. when i arrived. 🥶🥶🥶. Arrival area very disgusting. Cigarette butts everywhere. Should have designated smoking area with smokeless butt disposal. (We are non smokers). night snacks were terrible, hummus! yuk! same snack two nights in a row! needed variety of veggies and fruit!

Everything was superb. I’ve never been to a hotel that texted me several times during my week’s stay just to check if I needed anything. If my room was ok. I couldn’t believe it. Exceptional!

Not a big deal, but on check out day, house keeping came quite early. It was the one day I got to sleep late, but that’s not a negative. They were just doing their job.

Try to call restaurant to order meal and could not get through. It made me order outside the location. The building was hard to find due to the small sign. The parking was difficult due to the close spots. Hard to find the hotel entrance from parking and had to call front desk for assistance. But, the front desk was very helpful in guiding me as a first time guest.

We liked our view and the location of the hotel itself in correlation with downtown Indy and the mall.

The parking situation was atrocious. making somebody find that garage entrance and THEN pay $28 is hilarious. Making your way through the garage and to the hotel was really just a shot in the dark but we let it pass a little because we understand they are under construction. It didn’t take away from the overall positive experience we had in the short time we were there.

The bar area and the facilities as a whole was beautiful. They also executed my special request for set up of the room.

No pool or jacuzzi, it was advertised on the website, but there is no longer an amenity at the location. I was a little disappointed that it was advertised, but wasn't available.
