Rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and air conditioning worked good.
The breakfast hours were ridiculous only 2 hours and those hours were to early 6am-8am. Also the pool was disgusting…… the water was cloudy and foamy stuff floating in it the water and clumps of hair in the water.

Bathtub would fill up to my ankles as I was showering. Shower curtain too long. Too short of hours for breakfast. Not everyone gets up at 6 or 8. Most of the time nobody was at the front desk to say hello or anything.

The staff was very helpful and very nice. Felt like the carpet was new. The room was very clean and the bed were comfortable. For me the pillows were a little stiff.
Could hear some noise coming from outside when people would be sitting in the benches. Not really a major issue.

It wasn't far from holiday world and the breakfast wasn't awful
It is not near anything and I slept on the sofa bed and when I opened it there was a dirty sheet on it and the mattress was VERY THIN and uncomfortable...the day we were to leave someone pulled the fire alarm at 5:30 am and it took forever to get the alarms turned off,as soon as they did we left

Location was excellent for what I needed. Staff can be a little more aware of dining surroundings. Personable and helpful. Very comfortable sleeping. Room got cold overnight even though I turned off the A.C. Liked the keycards in cellophane.
