Excellent breakfast - the best we have had at a hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and informative at check-in. Room was perfect! Very comfortable and quiet. Loved the fact that the bathroom was large and not the size of a small closet like at most hotels.

The fence around the front of the hotel made it difficult to walk to the nearby mall and restaurants.

Front desk staff was very helpful. I had ordered dinner from restroom across the road and they didn't give any silverware. I went to the front desk to see if they had any available and the guy working handed some over without hesitation..

Nothing that I can think of. Anything that was negative had nothing to do with the hotel or stay. If I have to stay something I guess it would be the waffle mix needed refilled so that I could have fixed a waffle for my son for breakfast.

Hotel overall seemed new and clean. The pool was great! Rooms were big. Comfortable stay.

Room had a bit of a wet dog smell but I had called asking about pet policy because I considered bringing my dog. It would have been an ideal room if I had brought the dog because it was near the side door on the first floor. They didn't charge me for a pet but I feel it could have been one of the pet rooms.

Hotel was at a good location in Owensboro. Close to highway, airport, restaurants, etc.

Gentleman at front desk was not too friendly. Spoke very little, asked my name and wanted ID and CC. No other conversation. He only gave one room key. When i asked for another he didn't speak, only made another card and handed to me. Breakfast on weekends is only 2.5 hours. 6am to 8:30am. Weekends are when people sleep in, have children with them. Want to utilize the breakfast provided. We came down at 8:15am. There was no coffee and very little food available. We were told "what you see is what you get" People were asking for additional coffee. Lady said to drink coffee in room. I felt bad for families showing up at 8:30 expecting to eat and there was nothing. We had no idea that the end time was 8:30am. That would have been good to know when we checked in.

The property was clean, well kept and had friendly staff/employees. A breakfast was included that was very good. The location of the property was in walking distance of several restaurants for other meals.

Best hotel in the area. Only thing that others beat it is location (if staying up by the river). Otherwise, this hotel is the cleanest and most up to date in Owensboro that I have stayed at, and at an extremely competitive price. Good breakfast, and extremely clean facilities throughout. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is fairly new and looks it! Beautiful facilities. Breakfast was amazing for just a random Tuesday morning. Staff was great and night staff was tirelessly in cleaning all areas of the hotel.

Did find a bug in the room, as well as in the pool. Hoping they were just water bugs.

I want to give it a A plus but walked in room one coffee cup no water cups trash on floor by nite stand and bits of potato chips or something like that all over floor ! Bathroom floor was not clean either ! Some of it may have come from stairway as we were avoiding the elevator! It was a mess and we could have tracked some of it in but carpet really needed a vacuum

We booked 4 rooms. We didn’t have a large group, but spaced out bc of Covid. It was for a birthday sleepover/swim party for my 12 year old daughter. We had called earlier about getting the pool from 9-10. When we arrived, the front desk person said that they had given it to someone else mistakenly. (They allow you to go in by individual groups due to Covid.) She felt bad about it and made some calls. They allowed our 5 girls to swim for an hour after closing to make it right. (The girls thought they were super cool for getting to do that. Lol!) Also, super clean and comfy rooms! And great hot breakfast with waffles, sausage, eggs, and other colder staples. Only issue is that walls are pretty thin— but I expect that at most hotels. Great value and very good at customer service!

A little noisy in hallway through the night because walls were thin. But comparable to most hotel experiences.

I liked how quiet the hotel was.

I asked for my room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. They said only check outs then I asked the front desk and was told it would be cleaned but it wasn’t because I asked again and was told they left work. I don’t think animals should be allowed in hotels at this price range. Beds were not so soft and sheets kept coming off and the cover was not warm enough.
