The lady Terri when I checked was am awesome lady. Beds were comfy!

I pretty much like everything. The handicap room was ok the shower basically floods the bathroom floor and yes you have drained but they don't work good. Also uoir shower chair was very scary to wear noone used it.! The toliet seat was broke when we arrived. Other then that the room was great until last night there was a cocktoach in my bed. Also my son seen cleaning stuff called bug b gone just where people can see the jug. You shouldn't leave that iit in the open. I would stay again cause the rooms are nice.

location easy of access.Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous.

.shower head piping loose coming through wall .shower door would open without noticing showering and after shower drips water on floor lots water very slippery .had to use bath towels to clean up water.bad shower stall and door design.Had to get more towels.This has to be a known problem.hall lights shining under door big gap had to use long pillow of of couch to stop so much light so we could sleep .

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for a cheer competition, and our daughter had left her cheer shoes and even though we had been gone for awhile and dome checked out. They let us go back in a look for her shoes, most hotels wouldn't let you do that because they have to Clean up the room. They were very understanding too with all of our cheer girls running around being normal girls 😊 most hotels would tell them to go back to their rooms but they let them hang out and be a group out in the lounge.

Hotel/room was nice

We had to wait about 45 min for our room to be ready and while waiting in lobby for that, about 10 kids from a baseball team were literally running and yelling around the room, jumping over our legs while we were sitting on the couches. I was waiting for someone from the front desk to tell them to stop before someone got hurt but nothing was said. Totally uncalled for also on the parents part.

It was a very nice hotel! Our 4yr old was very impressed as well! Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was very roomy! The hotel was literally next to several great restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again.

There wasn’t any free breakfast but there was a restaurant downstairs if you wanted to eat there. IHOP is literally right next door though so that’s was fine with us.

For the money it was an excellent place to stay. Clean, modern, close to pretty much everything you could need. Rooms were decently sized and it has a pool and hot tub

The pool and hot tub could use some chemicals as it didn't smell too fresh at times. Had to pay for breakfast as it wasn't included in the room I purchased (I may have overlooked it at the time I made my reservation) but there is an ihop basically in the parking lot.

The area around the pool is “super slippery” due to the type of tile —my grandson slid several times as did we Ice machine on 4th floor (where we stayed) did not work the duration of our stay

The room was excellent and clean.

I didn't like that local residents had to pay a $250 deposit for damage. That's a huge amount to money for them to hold. I can see for parties but just staying the night. Ridiculous

It was in a good location and had a lot of restaurants close by.

I liked everything about the property. The only thing we went to go get breakfast the next day, and we came back at 10:30 and they already turned our keys off.

The location was great as I was traveling to Fordsville Ky and it was very easy to get to

I was disappointed not to have paper or a writing utensil in the room Glad I was traveling alone since there was only enough body wash for one shower The fridge was off and took a very long time to cool There was dust on the towel bar and lamp shades
