Wyndham Moline on John Deere Commons

We have stayed at this hotel a few times to attend concerts at the Vibrant Arena and to visit the Celebration Belle boat on the Mississippi. The hotel is in such a beautiful area of town, the rooms are clean and quiet, they keep the parking well regulated (we just visited for a concert) so they ensure each of their guest have a parking spot to ensure other concert goers not staying at the hotel don't take up all the spots. The view from this hotel is amazing and the restaurant attached (Bass Street Chophouse) is fantastic! The breakfast in the morning is very good, well stocked and kept very clean by the staff.

Our room was very clean & the beds are amazingly comfortable - the only thing is there was some water damage to the window sills and wallpaper was peeling off that window sill. In addition, the curtains had some stains on them - that realistically should have been cleaned by housekeeping. Nothing massive or untidy - just something that probably needs to be reviewed more by housekeeping so maintenance can repair these items or can be put on the list for deep cleaning. Again, those are kind of nit picky items - I cannot stress enough this is a great hotel.

This is a very nice hotel that is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. We were immediately greeted with a very friendly hello and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was very quiet and the bed was quite comfortable. Overall, we had a great night of sleep.

The elevator was pretty dirty with the same food and trash that was in the floor when we checked in still being there when we checked out. Also, the fixtures on the toilet and in the shower were very loose. Finally, our double Queen room was only given 2 sets of towels so we did have to go down and get two more so all would have enough.

From first arrival , it's a clean and modern hotel . Check in was great and easy . Room was perfect for our needs and above all else it was clean and had no smells ! Just a one night stay for work would have been happy to stay a little longer . Breakfast was good with lots of options .

Such a shame to see such a classy hotel using paper plates and so much disposable plastic. It's everywhere here unfortunately but a shame that all hotels seem to follow the trend . A total waste .

I thought the rooms where very clean and in good condition. The location to the Taxslayer Center is great no need to drive when you can just walk right over. There were plenty of placed to eat and drink, just a few minutes walk, if you didn't want to utilize the hotel restaurant.

My daughters bed had a bad pump, it kept inflating and then deflating, which caused her to have a rough nights sleep. When we brought our concerns to the front desk they were very accommodating and refunded us a little for the trouble. So this really isn't a bad thing just started off bad but ending on a good note.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was a great size. The bathroom and hard surfaces were really clean. The location was great and central to everywhere we needed to be.

The carpet in the room was sticky in a few spots and definitely needs a shampoo or deep clean. Made it tough for our little kids because we didn't want them sitting on the floor or playing down there. The breakfast on the second morning was a little lacking, seems like someone was covering and while she was doing a great job trying to keep everything stocked, there was not much out for breakfast that morning. The first morning was great, so it was a let down for the second day when there was not much out.

I have an allergic condition that makes me have to carry epi pens. I react bad to dust, mold, unclean conditions, fragrances, smoke odors, etc. This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at where I didn’t have a single reaction. Not one! From now on in the Quad Cities, no matter what I’m there for, and no matter which city, this will be the only hotel I’ll ever stay at ever again there. 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!

The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and friendly.

They put a $50 hold on my credit card Incase I tore up their rooms, then the tile in my bathroom had holes in it, there was damage in the cabinet the fridge was in and one of the lampshades we're damaged. When I walked into the room. If they are going to put a hold on my credit card the room should have nothing wrong with it. They better not charge my room for the damage that was already there. Also I heard trains & traffic all night.

The staff was great. From check in to check out, they were super friendly! We had to cut our trip short and the front desk was super nice about it. The room was clean. We also found out they did regular checks in room for service. The maintenance guy stopped to check our float in the toilet as routine and was super courteous. So from front desk to maintenance --- GREAT job! The staff can make or break a stay. They made it!

Rooms were clean, decorated nice, modern and beds were comfy. Facilities were great. Location was convenient. Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but a variety of things to choose from.

The ice machine on our floor wasn't working and wasn't working on another floor, found ice on the third floor I tried. Our rooms were not cleaned or restocked. Inquired with front desk they said it was due to pandemic , which is fine but they should have informed us at check in. They did provide us with everything we needed when asked and even offered to deliver to our room.

The property charged my credit card for the deposit and the room fees in full instead of $50 like I was told. I’m still now waiting for my $50 refund. I told the woman at front desk I wanted to pay with cash. she told me I would pay at check out. the deposit was only thing to be charged. Please refund my deposit asap!
