Hilton Garden Inn Bettendorf/ Quad Cities

We got a Junior suite so that we could have our son in law and daughter over to visit and eat in our room. They have cats and I am allergic. The sitting area provided ample sitting places and was comfortable for visiting. We were able to lay our things out in the bedroom and not have everything in front of everyone. We didn’t use any of the amenities on this trip but front desk help, digital key and all of the business of checking in and out was super easy. The ONLY minor complaint was that there was quite a bit of highway noise and a noisy room near us.

The whirlpool was absolutely gross! The water was green and cloudy. It needs to be drained, refilled and shocked, and then maintained properly. I am in the spa business, and was horrified. I would not put my big toe in that water. I would recommend calling QCA Spas and getting on a routine maintenance schedule if they do that sort of thing.

Very clean room and all staff was great. Location was easy to reach but not the best amenities nearby. We did see fireworks all over the area from our fifth floor room. That was nice.

Coffee. Terrible in both room and in lobby. Didn’t like extra cost for breakfast but understand why in covid times but coffee should always be the best when you have a nice little machine in the room. I liked everything else.

The staff was pleasant.

Our room was a few stories above the bar. People were in the parking lot playing corn hole, yelling, and playing music till almost midnight. Made it very difficult to get to sleep.

How warm the pool was and clean the rooms are . I also really loved how the staff was on it . They didn’t hesitate to do exactly what you need or asked for when you ask. Very up keep I would recommend and come back .

There really wasn’t anything that I didn’t like . If I had to pick something the most I would say is how late the pool is open . Maybe i would keep it longer for the adult like adults only after hours or something

Location was easy to find and near restaurants, also we tried the pork tacos they were really good.

The wall are really thin. You can hear everyone that is outside the door. I was woke up by a kid running down the hall way at 6:30am.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

We paid for breakfast and than paid extra for French toast. We waited forever for coffee and than it wasn't good, a lot of grounds in. They kept trying to our plates away when we were still eating.

The breakfast was great given the covid-19 expectations. The staff bringing food to the table was excellent. Good and nice staff. The staff made the stay great.

The HC restroom needed some work. The sink (caulk) around sink was coming apart. Less space in the room and the desk area was smaller than I am used to.

The location was great with a Starbucks and a gas station across from the hotel

The unattended children in the parking lot at night, I know the sports complex is a big draw for your hotel but it is a huge liability Saturday night older boys from one of the teams were climbing into Starbucks dumpster while their fathers drank in the lobby. The desk clerk had her hands full, but handled it well.

The available chair. Need a new one and how about 2 so on didn't have to sit in office chair(we're old😉😊). Breakfast way too much $
