The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Easy to get to the main highways, restaurants and shopping. The free breakfast was very much appreciated and well stocked with easy to eat breakfast foods.

The pool was nice but there were some teenagers in there when we went that were obviously loud and jumping in the pool and opening the outside door letting cold air in. There was a family with little kids trying to enjoy the pool and they got frightened by the teens.

The shower wasn't working right.

The rate was great. The Facility was great. The staff was nice. The pool was open til 10 pm, the fitness room 24 hrs, laundry room as well. Plenty of restaurants around the area, including Red Lobster within walking distance. The room was nice and kind of updated. The bed was comfortable. TV channel selections were great AND there was a card with the guide info of the channels on it. The bathroom was nice and clean the water flows well from tub and sink. Hot water gets hot but doesnt run out! Anything details I needed, the staff handled. Very quiet unless it's extreme (like the family next room over) For the most part the place was clean.Place was clean. It must've snowed recently and when I got there the weather was nice and thawed out Davenport which left the grounds dirty and you can tell it traveled inside.

There is a 50 deposit. Heads up if you're staying more than 3 days. I was told by the manager as far as the room being cleaned, they will come by on the third day of the stay. So for the 2 days, I was there, luckily it was only me, so the towels I had worked out. Aside from that, I have no complaints. The room I was in had a view of the pool which when there was no sun made the window view dark

Breakfast was good and the rooms were good size. It is difficult when we travel as a family because there are 5 of us and two of our children are young adults and in college, so getting a double queen room is generally not an option. We got the king deluxe suite and brought along our air mattress. There were enough beds for all of us and enough room that we were not tripping over each other. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hide-a-bed mattress was disgustingly dirty and there was absolutely no bedding on it and none in the room for it. We also had to request extra linens, but that may have been because when booking the room, it would not let me change the booking from 2 adults to 4 adults.

Very nice staff. The room is clean and well prepared with modern looking furniture. The bed is soft and the blanket is so comfortable. What I like most is that breakfast was included in this price rate! really good variety of food, from pancakes, toasts, bagels spreads, hot and cold drinks, to hot meals like scrambled egg, sausage links, biscuits and gravy. It was nice to wake up to a very nice breakfast like that. Very impressed.

Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t open because it’s under maintenance, not because of Covid. And the only thing I don’t like in the room is that the AC was old and noisy… other than that it was a very good stay and I will definitely come back. Best quality for this price rate!

The location the rate the customer service my room selection was just what I had reserved bathroom was roomy water flow from the sink to the tub and shower head were great comfy bed 4 pillows great lighting awesome TV selections place was quiet for the most part except my neighbors kept going in and out but after they settled down coffee was great cereal was good

50 deposit. Any room 237 and up the view was of the pool breakfast had no meats just biscuits eggs gravy no orange or apple juice

We checked in really late. Upon arrival, I discovered that my purse was gone and the listing was under my name. Deanna graciously helped us by switching the booking to another member of our party. The rooms were a pleasant surprise. The beds were pillows, yet firm enough to prove support. The breakfast was hot and tasty. If I am ever back in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

The selection at breakfast was a bit small with no meat offerings, but the biscuits and gravy was good.

The bed and room were exceptionally clean and comfortable! Lots of other Wyndham properties are not even close to cleanliness or freshness, it’s been a pleasure to stay there….the breakfast was exceptional and delicious AND LOTS OF OPTIONS!!! I will advise my friends and family to stay there if in Quad Cities!!

The bed and outlet on nightstand were not close enough is my only issue…..very minor lol

Charles was most hospitable and exceeded our accommodations. He truly went above and beyond. He was wonderful to the kids and they grew to know him on a first name basis. My six year old even made his own Thank You card for Charles (out of paper plates handcrafted himself) to thank Charles for opening the Pool for us during our stay. Originally, upon Check-In, we were informed the hotel pool wouldn't be open or accessible to guests, (due to staffing issues I think). This is most kindly appreciated by us. It made a good weekend together, all the better and more memorable. From our hearts, we thank you kindly and sincerely, dear Charles. You're s beautiful soul, my friend. Also, thanks to Chris at the front desk, who was prompt, warm, kind, & very personable and friendly upon Check-Out. This hotel provided the exceptional level of service often expected with a 5 STAR Hotel experience. (i.e. J.W. Ritz. ect.) We plan to book regular, future stays when in the town of Davenport, Iowa from here on. It's a special place and now a Family Staple/Tradition.
