Fairfield Inn & Suites Lexington Keeneland Airport

We were going to the races at Keeneland and the location was great for easy access. The breakfast was varied and laid out well, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

First of all, the regular price tripled because of the race days. One reason we selected this hotel is that they would provide a free suttle to the horse race at Keeneland. We got there fine, but had to wait an hour and a half for pickup when the place and time were well known to the shuttle driver. We and other guests (it was for all Marriot hotels) called several times. The second day of the races we just drove our car.

Our group got to use the swimming pool by ourselves. Good location.

We expected a normal breakfast and ended up with a paper bag with an orange, granola bar, and a muffin. They offered water and orange juice. Very disappointed we weren't notified before we booked. Probably would have chose a different hotel. We ended up going to Waffle House next door.

cleanliness close to airport

my card got declined 3 times, which i initially thought it was because i was traveling ....etc. Different state. When i got back to my email. I had messages from my bank saying my card was declined because the wrong expiration date was entered multiple times. I had cash on me, and the front desk attendant wouldn't take cash. So my guest ended up having to pay the bill, which was ridiculous.

Room and bed were very comfortable, staff helpful and pleasant. Facility was quiet and looked clean.

Difficult to find location and to get back on freeway! Caused me to waste a lot of time. I chose this place because of your stated attention to Covid-19 procedures. Was disappointed when 2 men with no masks walked in right behind me. Don't say everyone wears a mask if you are not going to enforce it. For

Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Laundry machines kept eating my quarters, no body soap in shower dispenser so I had to get out, who wants to break a hip....

Everything was nice. The manager went over and beyond to dry my clothes in the dryer, the ones the housekeeping use, because someone had left their clothes in the guest laundry. Everyone always spoke when you went downstairs.

Very clean well maintained room.

The body wash container was empty. There was no complimentary hand/body lotion or in toom hair dryer.

It was very comfortable. There were some issues with my booking (3rd party) and they accommodated me at no additional cost!

We liked the decor, closeness to everything, staff was helpful.

Kind of a musty smell when you came in the door, don’t know if it was from the pool. Also, way too much salt on the sidewalks given there was hardly any, and really no, ice or snow.

Gentleman at the front desk was very nice!
