Residence Inn Lexington Keeneland/Airport

The rooms are set up and designed so that I can work in one area and someone else can watch TV from anywhere in the entire studio, which is great. It is truly amazing here and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you. The location is very convenient to everything. The pool and hot tub stay open later than most(midnight) and the courtyard is beautiful. Just a few minor things could make this hotel perfect, but I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be coming back here the next trip to Lexington.

For the 2nd time we weren't able to access free TV stations during our stay, while we really enjoy the sink being separate from the rest of the bathroom there is no fan in it which would help tremendously, the bed squeaks rather loudly, and the pillows are not supportive for your head and neck, so definitely ask for extra at the front desk. The price is also a little on the steep end.

The room was spacious, and clean. It had all the amenities of home. I stay in an emergency situation but if I would have research better I could have saved money on take out since everything needed to cook was provided. The bathtub was large and the water was Hot. The bed was clean, the room was clean and I was very happy with my choice for my emergency stay.

I stayed on the top floor which was nice but not sure I would have been as happy with a lower floor due to all the foot traffic that was done. The elevator was right outside my room so it may be good to ask for a room that is away from the elevator.

Location was great and the staff was remarkably friendly

TV is spare room was inoperable, the bathrooms was dirty behind toilets, sink in master was cracked, microwave was not cleaned, it had spilled food left in it; carpet was worn but the beds was comfortable.

The location was perfect. We loved that the pool was open until midnight.

Overall, the hotel is great. However, we had an issue with the pullout bed. It was dirty and had chip crumbs on it from previous guests. Also, they did not have pillows for the pullout bed.

Went to front desk on different occasions and staff in back room with door closed . Never aware that there is someone at desk. I had to yell to make myself know or go back to my room and call on phone. I recommended having a bell or something on desk to notify staff if someone is there.

Breakfast was poorly maintained, ran out of food nearly everyday, maybe different options would have been nice, especially with kids. Cereal maybe. Bathroom was a little dirty and I had to ask for toilet paper twice.

Staff, room, breakfast, and marketplace were all great.

The TV could not be adjusted, so the screen was cut off and the picture would go black. The manager adjusted bill for this. The only other issue was the hot tub was cold.
