Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lexington, KY

Rooms were very spacious. Loved the hardwood floors. Housekeeping was courteous. The pool was a nice size for small children.

The door across the hall was the stairwell door and all day everyday it was slamming loud from people going up and down. Breakfast did not have a ton of variety. Wish we would've had a channel list in the room. Outside of our room was a very bright orange light, no fault of hotel, but if you can't sleep with light ask for room not by the corner of building. Traffic was a bit nosy by our room.

The bathroom floor was dirty. It looked as though it had been swept but not mopped. The breakfast area was out of hand sanitizer. The staff had a hard time keeping all of the food supplied during breakfast. Had to wait for many items.

the gentleman at the front desk that checked me in was fantastic, he told me his name but am so sorry that I have forgotten, I can say he looked a lot like Harry Potter. my TV didn't work and when I called down he helped me and stayed on the phone until I got it to play and never seemed to be put out in any way. super nice... The Breakfast was also very good.

The location was wonderful . Unfortunately the breakfast could have used some improving . The hash browns were not crispy and very gooey and sticky . The gravy was not thick it was like pouring milk from a jug and wasn’t warm and the biscuits were hard and not fresh .

maid service every 3rd day which I was fine with but they only emptied one trash can made one bed and replaced 2 towels. did not sweep and clean the floor. I would have preferred for them to have cleaned the whole room completely since it was every third day.

Staff was very kind. The breakfast was good. The kids liked the pool.

The breakfast area was very small as far as seating. There was someone on our floor or the floor above us that kept opening and slamming the room doors all night. However, that isn't a fault of the hotel. It just kept us up.

Everything was great except the pool should be monitored, there was way to many people in the pool area and some people were there for hours at a time, other motels I’ve stay at have allowed so many people per hour and you have to sign up to swim. I think that would definitely help for such a small pool area.

The indoor pool was clean and the hotle is smaller with a kind of homey vibe. They have a very good breakfast and the staff is excellent. I did feel like we were being rushed out of the room arkund noon when it was time to check out and i was a little aggravated but it prolly had alot to do with me not being able to find my credit card. I basically cleaned the room looking for imit and while inwas doing so the lady at front desk kept calling asking if we were leaving. I tried to explain my situation but for some reason it eitger was to none of her concern or she could not understand what i was saying. Luckily i found the card right as she had called for the third time and we checked out with no problems.

If ihad to pick something i didnt like it would have been the location. Its not reallt within walking distance of anything except gas stations and there is nothing around the hotel other than buildings. The hotel view is not very eye pleasing. I also had a king suite and i for some reason imagined a bedroom separate from the rest of the room but it was just one big room and not separated at all. Still very roomy.

pool didn’t have pool towels out had to go to desk and CS was okay but not the southern hospitality I’m use too.

Room was clean bed were super comfy ice machine in my floor pool was clean and relaxing

No cookies in the lobby at any time even tho the front desk told us there was cookies
