Comfort Inn & Suites Lexington

We always enjoy comfort suites , even the cleaning lady was very sweet when we was checking out. The beds pillows shower pressure an good breakfast was key things for us.

We were satisfied with everything at the hotel no issues

It was extremely spacious having the double bed with the pull out couch. A lot of room to move around. I also loved that they had an indoor pool. We was actually really close to checkout time and they still let us utilize the pool before it was time to head home. Staff was very friendly and even offered to help me when I was having difficulty pushing the luggage cart with my baby in my arms. Overall great experience especially after a horrible hotel experience in a different hotel. It felt like heaven here.

The locks were just a tad bit confusing and sensitive but I really don't have any complaints.

Loved they had a pool and were decently priced. Their towels were soft which was a plus. Our room wasnt clean and it was going to be a 25 minute wait and he could see my husband struggling to contain our toddler in the lobby, they ended up upgrading us no charge! We were beyond grateful for their professionalism and how they handled the lack of clean rooms. Def will be staying again!

It is right next to the highway and our window was facing it. At night you could hear semi trucks they were obnoxiously loud and using engine breaks. Although i slept through it. The cleaning crew seemed slow. When we got there 50% of the rooms were NOT cleaned by 3:50pm and check in is 3pm. When i went to the pool i asked for towels and they said they were completely out. Our stay was during spring break weekend so i didnt mind and understood but was honestly my only grievance.

Thank you needed some extra things for breakfast. There was a sausage patties. And then they had some waffles maybe some biscuits and gravy attitude that maybe some tater tots or hashbrowns

Really wasn’t nothing that I didn’t like. I did speak to the receptionist that morning to add on a crib and when I got there later that evening, it wasn’t in the notes so I had to wait for the gentleman that was working the front to get a hold of his boss so I took a little bit to get the crib, the pack and play which was very dirty so that was the only thing that really bothered me. Everything else was great.

My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast with the Belgian waffle maker and hope that in the future they may start serving gravy and biscuits on the buffet too. Really loved the heated pool and loved swimming because it helps my arthritis. The exercise room was good just need to add a bicycle. I have knee and arthritis and the elliptical was a little rough on me. Also enjoyed that I had a nice desk and could do some of my computer work. We celebrated out 6th anniversary this weekend there and it also falls on Valentines Day also. I really enjoyed spending it there since we wasn't able to do a big vacation.

Didn't like that I wasn't informed before I booked the room that there was a deposit because I may of not been prepared for it.

•I had my sons 9th birthday here, no problems •check in was smooth- no holding fee- clean lobby • I got a suite room very clean & spacious- bathrooms are nice & updated- pull out couch in living room could sleep 2-4 along with 2 queen beds in separate bedroom •pool clean & nice size, gym clean & nice size •lobby clean

•Staff weren’t the friendliest! Kind of felt rushed. •I was on the 4th floor the hallway smelled Kind of mildew like. but walking into the room was very fresh.

At the front desk Ramona & Andrea were absolutely wonderful. They're smiles, compassion & willingness to help after 2 extremely frustrating days. Day 1 very long drive & exhausted when I reached hotel & Ramona managed to put a smile on my face & very accomodating, She made Day 1. Day 2 was the worst hit unfinished road repair holes on I75 south & blew out both drivers side tires. That next morning Andrea listened while I vented & & gave me a late check out since my car was at a Toyota dealer getting new tires put on. Both Ramona & Andrea are excellent reps for Comfort Suites. I highly recommend this hotel & I will definitely stay there again when I am Lexington.

Did not wake up in time for breakfast the room was perfect in everyday very clean and just like it's name comfortable. We had stayed in a horrible hotel the night previously in Indiana an we did not hardly sleep so upon arrival here we were exhausted we got food basically next door then went to bed. Service was quick and excellent. Thank you for a great stay I'll be always booking here when passing thru!

The facilities were spacious and clean and the staff were very helpful, kind, efficient and available. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and plentiful: from nice little omelets to Chobani yogurt. The place seemed really clean.

Like many hotels today, needs some sprucing up when it comes to maintenance: my door lock malfunctioned; the refrigerator was wonky and loud; a little caulking in the windows would help noise. The metal strip between bedroom and bathroom has a rough edge near the doorjamb that an unsteady guest could injure themselves on. Many places are so much worse, that these little things weren't a huge negative

The property was neat and clean and looked updated and current. Good location convenient to where we needed to be, and close to shopping, gasoline and restaurants. Good accessibility when we were there. I appreciated the layout of the room- ours had the vanity separate from the toilet and shower. Made getting ready in the morning much more convenient as I was sharing the room with my brother, not a spouse or significant other. The breakfast was wonderful! Great variety and plenty of healthy choices! The staff were all very pleasant and attentive, down to the maintenance worker who came promptly to address what turned out to be a non-issue with our refrigerator !

I could see parking might be a problem in busy booking conditions. The mattress left something to be desired, it was too firm for my taste.
