Red Roof Inn Lexington

I would say this property has very friendly staff, everything was clean and organized. Everything worked properly.

While everything was fine, the location was kind of tucked away in the back, next to a building I thought was abandoned when really it wasn’t. Also the room is a lot smaller than in the pictures. So not much walking room since the bed took up most of it. But it was a great value so I appreciate my stay.

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff all went above and beyond, and were super friendly in a genuine way.

The room I booked turned out to be on the second floor. There were no elevators. I had a handicapped child in a medical stroller. They moved me to the lower floor but I had to take two full beds instead of the King bed I wanted. There were snack cake wrappers behind the night stand when I looked for a plug in.

Professional and nice front desk lady. The property was clean and extremely quiet. My Superior King Room was magnificent! Plenty of space in my room, extra outlets for my cell phones, laptop, etc. Large bed, nice pillows, a lot of TV channels, the floors were clean, the bathroom was excellent and the area was safe and very close to where I needed to go. EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY.

This place was awesome. I was truly IMPRESSED. My room was clean and in excellent condition. I have NO complaints. Easy and quick check-in, polite staff, they have security, the area was safe, the telephone worked, the WIFI was great, there weren't any suspicious people walking around the property, and the property was also clean. I was so impressed I left the maid a good TIP!

It was clean. No odor. Front desk staff were extremely nice. It was close to everything we needed to do. No bugs. Comfy beds and pillows. It had a full-size mirror and a hair dryer. There are plenty of outlets.

The price was a bit steep for the accommodation, but to be fair, Keenland was running. The lighting is awful at the vanity to attempt makeup.

It was quiet the bed was very comfortable the shower was very hot and the pressure of the shower was very very good the temperature of the room was perfect when I walked in again overall I will stay there again.

The price was a little high $77 is a lot for just overnight with no refrigerator or microwave

I've found that, while many places take "pets", that word sometime does not include cats. And pets are allowed for a fee. There are no surprises while booking with Red Roof Inn--cats are allowed, and there are no fees. A comfortable night's sleep and great value.

It was in good location. The price was right . And they had good water pressure. It was clean the front desk clerk was helpful

The air conditioning was not working properly. And the beds where uncomfortable. But,that could be I just like my bed. (Laugh out loud)

Breakfast and EARLY front desk clerks need to be more cheerful when interaction with clients. Was very upset because a paper receipt was requested upon departure from this site.

The evening clerk was helpful and explained all that was needed for a GREAT stay. Need her on the morning shift she was cheerful warm and kind...unlike the morning clerk.
