Everything else was great..the room was clean, spacious,had everything you would need while being away from home..they have a full kitchen,sitting area,indoor pool was awesome, very clean, quiet

Well the staff & website claim to have "free complimentary breakfast " however if you choose to accept the "Grab n Go breakfast bag" from the front desk clerk be prepared for a charge of $20 to your card for each breakfast bag u take. I thought they were free so me & husband both accepted the lady's offer of a breakfast to go bag & the next day I was charged $40 for those.

The hotel was very accommodating. We loved the size of the room, the amenities and the location we put in.

The only complaint was that there was a distinct, not clean fresh smell in our room. It was between a smoke, musty, stale smell. Tried to move us to a new room, but was sold out.

Everything! Smelled nice when we walked in! Camden was the gentleman who checked us in. He had a great smile and was SO nice! Great parking and everything you could need!! Room temp was whatever we wanted it to be! And the kitchenette was Great! Also super clean!

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very kind. The pool was great and Although it took some planning to make reservations for it we liked having it to ourself. The breakfast is minimal but nice that it is offered daily. I enjoyed the very clean fitness room. The only concern we had was one night a neighboring room had a party and were very loud , but once I called the front desk at around 130am about the noise they acted quickly and it was quiet the rest of the night so I am very grateful to the staff!

The stairs and halls were dingy and dirty in places.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this room. Not only did we get an amazing deal in the middle of the night, while traveling with an infant, there were so many amenities that were above and beyond a regular hotel room. We were so grateful our initial reservations fell through at another area hotel.

The only thing to make this room better than amazing would have been another bathroom in the master bedroom. With a room this size it would have been an asset. However, the bathroom in the room was adequate.

Everything at this location was superb. I have spent much more for far less at other properties. Everything from check-in to check-out was better than expected.

Nothing to complain about, nothing.

I loved the place it’s not very loud at times and the people that work here are really nice and try to not get in the way of anything! They are helpfully in just about everything and the people are excited to help or see you needed in hand kind nnñaha him n My... Thanks, Billyray Maybrier

It is an excellent location. We walked to Hamburg restaurants and the grocery store. The breakfast is very good. There are plenty of quiet sidewalks for dog walking.

When We first walked in it was very clean, smelled nice & were greeted by friendly staff to check us in. While here , We enjoyed the pool with our kids , used the on site laundry facilities, enjoyed all the convenient choices of restaurants and shopping in the connecting plazas.

Nothing , we had a great stay!

The property was very clean. Staff was exceptional!

So the whole reason I booked this stay was so my son could swim and do a small get away for his birthday. the pool looked so nasty We didn’t even get to enjoy it.
