Bluegrass Extended Stay

The location was great, close to many stores and restaurants, but no traffic noise noticed inside. The staff was very friendly and available even late at night for replacement towels. :) I was worried about the memory foam mattress, but even though it seemed hard at first, I slept very well. Nothing fancy about the room or bath; I liked having the sink outside of where the toilet and shower are, and the counter space was generous with a large mirror. We appreciated the full size refrigerator as we like lots of space for water bottles, etc, and also love a freezer to freeze some bottles, too!

An elevator would have been nice... but luckily we didn't bring too much luggage. And there wasn't much room for our one large suitcase. Made do with the table.

I liked that there was a fridge and microwave. They really came in handy. Also, I enjoyed how quiet the neighbors were on both sides.

I didn't like that the air unit couldn't get colder. Just my preference, I like it super cold. A hotplate would have been a nice addition for cooking my meals.

This place was so clean and sofriendly I would recommend it to anyone I've stayed in a few hotels here and there and this is by far the most cleanest everything it's wonderful

Margie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board and blow dryer were all provided in the room. It was convenient to many restaurants. Parking lot was well lit. Would stay here again.

I like the location because it was close to everything I needed. Very accessible.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The staff is really friendly and great customer service.

When I returned towels I was told that I couldn't get anymore in the same day and that we could only have 2 towels but it is 5 of us in this room.

It was ok, the room was clean and had everything i needed. Check-in was weird through the night window but everything else was ok.

The sink in the bathroom was broken and water wouldn't go down at all, so it constantly had dirty water. Also, screaming kids next door, kept screaming into the night.

Beds were very comfortable and had a couple of good blankets- warm enough without needing heater on. Setting was quiet and location was great for what i needed. Would stay again, staff friendly.

Shower drain started out slow but eventually worked fine. Room had no AC, but it was a cool night and so it wasn't needed.

Nothin. But if you plan know the centre of the city, was not so close
