Microtel Inn by Wyndham Lexington

Wish it had a elevator. It needed brown sugar packets for the oatmeal and extra staff to answer the phone. The remote for the TV WAS MISSING. IT NEEDED EXTRA OUTLETS to recharge my phone. Also one light did not work next to window..

BREAKFAST NEEDED BROWN SUGAR PACKETS. toppings for ostmeal or knife to cut up the apples and banana . Needs elevatir orvesculator or to mark no elevator on website.

The updated room shelves and how you have arrange the fridge, microwave and ice bucket in the corner shelf area and half a closet w iron and ironing board .

The facuet for the bathtub and shower the cold was the hit and the hit was the cold .and the bathroom door wouldn't close dued to freshly painted and the room entrance door was hard to push open up dued to the door being freshly painted.

It was great I usually stay there because I have to come and take care of my dad. So this is the second time I stay there it was great. Thanks see ya next month.

The side door card reading didn't work and so I would have to walk all the way away around. Or put the mat in the door to hold the door open. But either then that it was safety and friendly.

Good location to the venue we wanted to visit. The front desk clerks and hotel staff were friendly and efficient.

We were unaware the hotel was being used also for a homeless shelter. No one bothered us. We felt very safe. It Makes you appreciate what you have.

Although small it was just we needed. A place to stay with our pup during our travel. Also I appreciated small nightstands with the plugs built in.

There was a need for a faucet repair and tub could use a refinish but overall room was perfect for the price.

Price and location fit my needs. Parking lot was easily navigated with my truck.

I thought there would be more on the Continental breakfast. Maid never came into my room over my 3 night stay

Heat in the room, fridge, hot shower, location. I'm not a big hotel person, my simple needs are sleep and shower..just the basics. Parking where I could see my vehicle was a plus. Staff was friendly

The carpet and electric outlets loose.

Check In was easy and staff was wonderful. Room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was very very basic. Not even toast!. Checking out the Staff never got off her phone and we had to hear all about her "cheating" no good baby daddy. She never even acknowledged us.

There wasn’t an elevator. Stairs can be hard for people to go up and down- especially if they have a handicap, are elderly, or have a lot of luggage. I would suggest it be bolder in part of the description so one could book a room on first floor . Also the rooms are quite small

The customer service people at the front desk when I checked in after 9 pm and when I checked out in the morning. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Their smiles were great!

I can't think of anything. Everything was great. No issues of concern.
