Comfort Suites

This Comfort Suites was very nice and the beds were my favorite part. They were very comfortable. Staff was fine - only interacted w 1 staff member - the desk reception person and he was quick and courteous. My only complaint was that my room wasn't vacuumed very well. My son was getting something off the floor - that's when we noticed a bunch of items underneath the ac unit - M&M's, peanuts, a coffee cup lid and a used napkin. There was another M&M and soda bottle cap under the middle table between the beds. Other than that, the room was nice. Didn't have the breakfast but son said it was okay. Standard fare - waffle machine, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc.

More attention needed to be paid to vacuuming the floor. There were M&Ms, peanuts, coffee cup lid, etc underneath the AC unit.

I love the staff they are all wonderful and go above and beyond to assist you. Twinkle toes that I am tripped on my shoes and carpet carrying a plate of breakfast back to my room. When I fell the maids helper came to assist I was fine but both of the staff handled it beautifully. Here is what I do say, get better coffee offer a few more goodies stock a few frozen apps and sandwiches along with pizza bread. it would raise revenue and I think the guest would buy the food if they new you had it as the kiosk is sort of hidden. Get different luggage carts they do not work well for carrying big luggage. So aces to the staff for exceptional service. Beds super comfy and nice pillows and linen. Huge TV compared to a lot of hotels.

Hotel was clean. Mostly. The entire staff was top notch from check in to check out. First room we were given was spotless. Rooms were modern and spacious. Beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept on. Close to plenty of food, shopping, activities Breakfast was decent. We would stay again, but would like to see a few improvements listed for the cost

We had to change our original room the second day because our neighbors had thr tv cranked up all day and all night for about 16 straight hours. Not at all the hotel's fault. Kyle at the desk was great about us switching rooms. However the room we were relocated to was, much to our surprise, occupied by other guests when we walked in. Our 3rd room was not as clean as our first unfortunately. There were hairs in one of the beds and debris in the tub/shower. The pool was also filthy, which was a huge disappointment since that was one of the main reasoj for choosing this hotel.

The lobby is beautiful and smelled great. The breakfast area was clean and well done. Plenty of carts to help travelers with their luggage. Elevators were fast. the pool and work out room was great.

Our floor did not smell great. It smelled like a mixture of food and smoke. Also, there was never anyone visible at the front desk. Had to wait a long time to get through the hallway while people cleaning had a conversation. Beds are really high and a little hard.

This was our favorite hotel on our entire trip. The beds were fantastic, comfy and high-which I like. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out. Felt very clean. We were able to park our 26' uhaul with auto transport because we arrived in the early evening. If we had arrived later, I'm not sure where we would have parked.

There is a strong air freshener in the lobby and hallways though you can't smell it in your room.

The building smelled fresh and looked very new. The room was spacious. The staff were very friendly. The woman in charge of breakfast did a great job and was very kind.

The building needs more luggage carts, but that was only a small inconvenience.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice.

We found chip crumbs on the pull out sofa and someones pill container behind the corner of the bed. The was also a decent size crack in the wall that had some paint missing under the thermostat. It didn't bother me. I'm just letting you know so maybe someone can fix it.

Very nice hotel, used the pool and wasn't all that clean. Service was ok, polite, but not overly friendly(smiles, "ty for staying", no breakfast info upon checking in

The beds were ok, but we needed a ladder to get into them, lol The lighting above the bathroom sick was terrible. You need lighting fur make up and getting ready, not mood lighting.

Great location, liked the suite

the bed is way too high!!! I’m 5’ 8” and injured my shoulder trying to get into the bed. I slept on the sofa the rest on the first night and all the 2nd night. My friend is about 5’ 2” and she had to use the wall to sort of climb up into bed. I have a tall bed at home—but this was ridiculous! people could really get hurt just trying to get into bed!

New & very comfortable. Well designed & decorated. Location was quiet, yet close to places of interest. Staff ((Honnie & Destiny) were very hospitable. Room had all amenities you will need and a little market by front desk. Area for business & internet use. Pool, hot tub & workout area! I loved it & will stay there again when in this area.

I had no complaints about this property.
