Fairfield Inn and Suites Paducah

The bed was extremely comfortable I have back issues so normally when I travel the beds are comfortable but to soft this one was absolutely perfect I will stay at this location anytime I'm in the area very convenient location to everything as well . Thank you all for all your hard work and keeping everyone safe.❤️🌹

Nice comfortable and clean room. This particular location was also pretty and up-dated.

I understand that because COVID, a hot breakfast was not possible. I think they could do much better with the grab and go breakfast they offered. This is one of the reasons I choose this hotel, because I do not want to be running around trying to find something to eat before I have to get on the road. They could offer individual yogurt, oatmeal and different types of cereals with milk or hot water in addition to the fruit and granola bar. I feel like they did not ever try. When I booked the room, on-line, it said that breakfast was available, it was deceiving, that should be reworded to say what it really is.

The room was good size. Loved the king sized bed.

We had a king suite but the pull out couch bed was in the way of the bathroom for us, who slept in the king bed. So there was no way to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The hotel is close to restaurants, highways and stores didn’t have to go far. The mall is 3 minutes down the street. Also the property was safe and secure which I like for my family and I. The room was small for the king size but it was comfortable and clean. We would stay here again in the future.

When I arrived after 8pm the room wasn’t ready yet as they were short staffed. Had to wait an hour to get a room.

Breakfast was to go and was fine. They had many items to choose.

I was not happy at all that NONE of the front desk staff wore a mask- when I checked in on Sunday September 20th around 7:30 PM and also the following morning on Sept. 21 when I checked out. There was a sign on the outside door of the hotel stating that masks were required. I wore mine! Not wearing masks by the staff puts all the hotel guests at risk- not good. In contrast, my stay at the Lake City, FL Fairfield Inn- all staff were wearing masks. Thought you’d want to know.

The location was great, close to where I needed to go while in Paducah. Staff was very nice and we had no issues. Also, the bathroom was nicer than most hotels I've stayed in.

Overall room was fine.

Something in the room, possibly the cleaning products used on the bedding irritated my nose and throat. To the point I could not sleep all night. Part was spent sitting in chair near the air-conditioning.

Great location, just off the highway but close to downtown. New and comfortable. Very nice "to go" breakfast. Super friendly front desk staff

Some guests didn't wear masks in the elevator on the way out. but that's not on the hotel. Signs were posted.

Everything was perfect.had a great time.will definitely be staying here again.very clean,friendly staff,and a variety of places to eat and shop :)

Only thing i didnt like was having to leave a couple days early due to weather conditions back home.other than that this hotel was amazing
