Room was well appointed and well kept. Only fault was it had a heavy smoke smell.
We had our dog, and for that reason, we had to pay an extra 25 dollars, but that wasn't the problem. Because we had the dog, we were forced to stay in a smoking room. The room had a heavy smoke smell, and even the bedding smelled like smoke. By the next morning, our clothes and dog smelled of smoke. If this is a Days inn police then when we travel with our dog, we will find a chain that doesn't have that policy.

The breakfast was minimal. Grab & Go type things like cereal, pre-packaged sausage biscuits that you could microwave, coffee, & juice.
The property is older. They have done a good job with some newer finishes. If you want a luxury hotel, this isn’t it. Doors are outside the building direct to the parking lot. I felt safe and the location worked for me. The price point was below a $100 for a queen room. My television didn’t work, not a big issue for me.

the reviews almost made me not book; but it was last minute. traveling with my family of 5 for a football tournament. the location was great close to the school, shopping and eating places. didn’t have any problems with the room. staff was friendly. really decent for the price. breakfast wasn’t gourmet but it was complimentary for the price.
hot water pressure low but that wasn’t a big problem.

Clean and the location. In Monroe this is where I’m going to stay. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Monroe, none I would go back to. Now I don’t even look for other places. This place is clean!!! And I wasn’t worried about getting mugged in the parking lot. Ac worked great!!!

Everyone was so friendly and the room was clean. The hotel was in a great location, just off the interstate. It was very reasonably priced, as well. We only stayed over night.
Our shower was slow to drain. But that was an issue I shared with the front desk and she noted it. We left after, so I don't know if it was fixed.

Everything about this stay was wonderful! The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was great. The hotel clerk was delightful to speak with, both during check in and again at check out the next day. Nothing to complain about!

The water pressure for shower was very very low..it seems to get lower and lower each time I stay there..plus hot water was little to none

The breakfast was limited due to Covid restrictions but I sure enjoyed the coffee and the honey bun.
It was a it noisy due to outside traffic and people slamming doors and things like that. The room was great and as good as the Best Western I stayed in for 5 days in West Monroe and Slidell, LA. Your breakfast was better.
