Comfort Suites West Monroe near Ike Hamilton Expo Center

Caroline, Coley and others made us feel like family. We live near the hotel and had to stay while we had remodeling done on our house. We chose this location for the best value and the best reviews. We chose the executive suite that has the kitchen and it was perfect for preparing for school for our 16yo. It was listed as the Accessible suite. It was very spacious, which was great with 3 people in the room. We had to extend our stay longer than we expected, the staff made everything so easy. We had access to a very nice washer and dryer and an indoor pool. The pool was a bit cold, but they are working to correct that. This is a brand new facility, but it is designed to feel like home with warm tones and wood trim. The bed sheets are so soft. It was a pillow top bed, but still pretty firm. The window had remote control blinds which was very nice. Also, there were 2 refrigerators a conduction 2 burner cooktop, kitchen sink, dishes, pot, pan and utensils. Separated from that was the coffee bar area with the other fridge. They clean your room every 3rd day unless you request daily cleaning, but are always accommodating if you need extra towels or other items. This is not the place to come for the view, but if you want beautiful scenery, you are less than a mile from Restoration Park, which you will see photos of in the room. This location has the very best access to the interstate, or if you want to head into town, you can avoid the interstate and take the main road through West Monroe which is Cypress Street (Hyw 80). A brand new Dennys restaurant is opening next to the hotel and you will have access to many fast food options or you can walk next door and buy what you need at the neighborhood Walmart. Overall, the hotel is clean, quite and pleasant with everything you need, including a built in "family". Enjoyed my stay.

My 2 favorite things were the kindness of Caroline who works the morning shift, and the layout of the room we stayed in. After a few days, it was like going home.

Floors needed carpet on them in the rooms! You can hear people above and Im sure people under us could hear us too!

Location was great! Def a decent place to stay and will stay again.

Upon arrival they did not have been booked for 2 nights only 1 when I have reserved 2. That did get taken care of. The smell in the room wasn't the best. The small elevator was to busy for the amount of people needing to use it. There was a bike race or some bike event going on that weekend and lots of kiddos with there bicycles staying that weekend well several were allowed to ride in the building and the ones staying above our room rode majority of the night on the floor making loud noise. Not sure bikes need to be allowed in the hotel But...

The room size blew our minds 🙌🏻💥🤍💛🧡our room is huge !!!!! The bathroom is a big nice size also and it’s clean the only thing missing for me was a bathtub . While my husband loves to take showers I love me a nice size bathtub . We have double beds with a desk in the room with a chair , then we have a sitting area / living room with a couch that becomes a sofa bed . A mini fridge in the room also along with a kitchen that has an larger refrigerator and we have a stove and the cabinets that’s in the kitchen looks great !!!! They also have a couple of cookware sets (pots & pans) and silverware , nice glass cups and some nice champagne glasses as well . And the window in the room has electronic curtains that has an remote to of course close them and open them 🥰we are getting ready to checkout soon in 2 1/2 hours . So we will be coming back to stay when we need to get away from home and we are going to recommend this hotel as well to family and friends 🧡💛🤍🙌🏻🧡🤍💛🙌🏻

when we arrived there was water or some liquid on the floor in our room and hair on the vanity in the bathroom (many hairs). The workout area was extremely hot and the people working did not know how to adjust it.

The room was really nice. The bed was comfortable which is hard to find in a hotel.

I don't like the all hardwood floors at all, but that is personal preference. The floors were not clean at all??? My white socks were nasty after walking around a little bit.

What breakfast? all there was is sausage and biscuits the biscuits where cold sausage was warm drink machine was leaking we got there at 7:30 was just starting the waffle machine no mix pancake machine wasn’t working cereal was stale no much to Desiree!

Nothing in the breakfast elevator wasn’t working we where on the 2nd floor checked in about 7:00 rooms where no cleaned stuff all over the floors our room itself was clean snd quiet

I stay at many places traveling for work. Some good, most nightmares. This is the cleanest facility I have ever stayed at and I was extremely satisfied with every aspect.

Nothing this place is an absolute gem compared to almost any and all hotels.

friendly staff!! clean and comfortable me and my family slept very good, and we did not want to wake up at all. the only problem that we had was that the pool was very cold but other than that the hotel was comfortable.

I like the location of the property. It was close to a lot of restaurants and didn’t have to go far into town to get dinner. Also the morning staff was great. The lady at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. The hotel is very new so it was all clean and very comfortable.

I didn’t like how the elevator was not working all weekend. I wish they would have made that a prior and had to fixed fast. Also the walls were so thin I could hear people walking and moving things above me and next to me all night.
