Hampton Inn West Monroe

Front the outside it was well maintained . The front office clerk was professional and helpful. The room was not only smelled clean it was clean. No complaints. I look forward to staying there again.

The room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as it could have been. There was only one meat choice and no biscuits. Would have liked more options. Bacon and regular sausage patties not turkey sausage and some biscuits would have been great.

The staff was friendly, check in was super easy. Room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, and the attendant made sure we had everything we wanted.

The small dog that was barking when i first checked in, thankfully it did not last more than an hour .

The property was very convenient to my destination. it was clean with a friendly, professional staff. There was a fully-stocked breakfast. The fitness facility was great.

Apparently booking.com is not up to date on the fees that Louisiana charges. I was bothered about $2.58. When someone books a room for $136 for one night, the shortage, through no fault of my own, could have been waived.

I had a family emergency and had to get a room for two days , I didn’t have a reservation and the clerk said they were no rooms left . Another clerk came out and checked to be sure and saw there was I room left . They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of . The service was awesome.

The only complaint was my hot tub didn’t work , but that wasn’t a big deal .

The location was great. Easy access on off freeway.

First morning 7:30 no coffee, no ice at free breakfast. Second morning high school baseball team there no milk for cereal, nothing really yo eat. 3 rd nigh 3 in morning child screaming crying 30 minutes. Gave up on breakfast bar.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in taking measures to endure public safety and cleanliness.

I didn't like that there is no longer a continental breakfast. They did provide granola bars and bananas but one of the bonuses staying at an Hampton Inn is a continental breakfast

Location was quiet. Far enough from the interstate that you don't hear traffic noise during the night.

Not thrilled with breakfast. Perhaps it has something to do with Louisiana COVID guidelines but the Hampton Inn we stayed with on our trip (in Miss) had the normal breakfast option with a worker serving.

The breakfast was good. The staff was nice.
