Check-in/check-out was very quick and easy. Room was very nice for what I paid in comparison to other hotel rates in the area. If you want a great budget stay, this will do the trick! Staff was friendly even when I lost my room key once.
Probably not the greatest area, and a bit noisy at times facing the highway. TV worked but half the channels didn't come in right. I don't watch much TV anyways so not a big deal.

I had to clean up my own room and constantly asked for towels when they did not want to watch we have to wait to get towels and laundry around 6:00 and 7:00 at night

I was able to get a smoking room on the first floor as requested
The owner was rude. However, her son was patient and polite. She wouldn't honor the Booking price and we booked a queen size bed and was given a full. The shower was clogged and that's absolutely disgusting. No extra towels for the floor when you step out the shower. I had to go purchase a blanket to toss over there's because the one on the bed was horribly stained.
