Wingate by Wyndham West Monroe

The price. We have stayed there many times over the years. We have only tried a couple of newer places across the interstate, but not worth the price difference just to sleep. We get there late and leave early. It's about 12 hours driving both ways.

There are really bright lights that come into the rooms. The drapes are heavy but still a gap. We used the hangers with clips to try to keep them together last time.

I'd definitely stay here again. The breakfast was good and the attendant kept it well stocked. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional and efficient. The hallways were nice and quiet and the parking lot is well lit, so no worries about car break ins. Clean bathrooms and nice room furniture.

The pillows were kinda small but the mattress, and bedding were good quality and very comfortable.

The location and it was not too far from my family’s home and also the breakfast was great really loved your sausage which I normally don’t eat.😊

The rooms could have been a little bit cleaner but I bought stuff to wipe down with.

We had to request towels daily due to we bathe twice a day in the heat... After returning to the room in the evening, the air was off. The room was hot! The plug was not in the wall outlet, apparently it was loose and could have been accidentally touch when passing the unit. (Go figure)... It was a known issue that happened frequently.

Overall location, facilities, etc

The pool developed or had sometype white milky substance in it that the kids and participants swim in that looked very unhealthy... Didn't realized its condition until the next morning when the sunlight hit the pool area...

Room was excellent with plenty of good quality towels.

Breakfast was a bit poor, the staff plundered the pastries and were not interested in helping the guests.

Location to everything. Rooms were clean, no smell, staff on duty was very friendly and knowledgeable. BED SHEETS WERE FRESH😁

TV was fuzzy; picture wasn't clear

We eat a Paleo diet. Offerings were not very paleo friendly. Coffee and juice were good. Wife decided to have a bagel with cream cheese. Area was clean and the offerings were diverse.

Convenient; good breakfast; workers were very accommodating; bed was comfortable

bare essentials in room, but clean. noisy from I-20 and people checking in late.

The pillows are very small. Full size pillows would be much more comfortable. Also the cleaning service left the door of our room open on Monday. We had nothing of value in the room, but still irresponsible. Other than that great property with a friendly staff
