Keltric was pleasant and knowledgeable. The room was clean, smelled good, Decor and bedding was nice. The bathroom was clean. I nice touch having theshower gel and shampoo. They had plenty of towels. They also hadaseperatetrash canfor recycling.

They just need to make sure they bleached toilet seat fasteners.They were a little yellow.

Location, price, the store downstairs, the large ice box/microwave, the entire room, breakfast was amazing, all other staff especially the guy, the elevators worked fast and good, coke/ice machines on every floor. Quite & laid back.

The pool is a little small. The towels in our room was stiff. The front desk clerk was training. She offered no info. She charged me an additional 100$ and offered no explanation until prompted. She handed us our keys and didn't tell us where the elevators or our room was.

The room was clean. The amenities were nice and the bed was very comfortable. I truly wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely will book there again if close around the area.

There really wasn't anything i didnt like. They did a very good job with the room.

The breakfast was adequate, the location was outstanding; we love the arcade that is located within the property. The rooms were immaculate and my children and pet loved the homey aesthetic of the room; Dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, tile in the kitchen, comfy carpet within the sleeping areas, and adequate closet space, made our room feel like home. The staff was friendly and kind; and when our family had to come in without masks, due to health conditions, we were still greeted and taken care of like everyone else, with absolutely no issues.

The only thing that was a bother, but I know there is nothing anyone can do about it, is the excessive smoke that penetrates the rooms due to guests smoking in the stairwells. Because it is a non-smoking property, it can be very frustrating to have to deal with smoke, due to our family's allergies, but again, I know that can be difficult to control.

Hotel is conveniently located to local attractions and venues. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms were good sized and comfortable to move around in.

Breakfast items were limited. Often ran out of items so had to wait for more items to come out. Pillows were of a down like material and gave no support and squished down to nothing.

I loved the location to the Interstate and to nearby businesses plus all of the staff was absolutely wonderful! so friendly and upbeat

I would have liked to have firmer pillows. Perhaps there could be 2 soft and 2 firm pillows on a king size bed ? My husband loves softer pillows so this was perfect for his birthday weekend

The bed was very comfortable. Having a kitchenette with some supplies was helpful. Good coffee.

The water was an odd color. I didn’t want to use it to make coffee or wash dishes. No gluten free options on the breakfast bar.

The room was very nice and the hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was OK. I stayed on a Wednesday night Thursday night and a Friday night and I do feel that the weekly night was overpriced.

I should have gotten a better rate during the week days i stayed...

I liked the colors, the brightness, the outdoor area, and no musty, damp carpet!

First, the alarm clock was 1 hour behind. Second, one staff member was having loud discussions about staffing issues during the breakfast hours within earshot of the residents. I think that was unnecessary and discomforting.

I love everything EXCEPT for the curb being in dark at front side of building. It was our 41 st anniversary and I sore t it in bed because of nasty fall in dark. Don’t worry we didn’t complain except to say PLEASE PUT LIGHTS ON SIDE OF BUILDING. I would have really enjoyed if I wasn’t incapacitated. But we paid our bill with out grumbling. Other than that it was great!
