The hotel itself was beautiful! The property is very clean. Even the common are - used for breakfast and the pool.

The parking options. I wasn’t aware that valet was $40 a night. Other options seems a little unsafe considering there wasn’t an actual designated parking area other than valet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. We couldn’t fault anything - excellent staff, immaculately clean, great choices for breakfast that was provided, great location - close Frenchman Street with plenty of jazz bars. The free washing machine and dryer were an extra bonus for us. Don’t be put off by any comments about homeless people because you will see them regardless of where you stay in or around the French Quarter. We found them to harmless. So thankful we cancelled a booking on Canal Street and went with this option. Thanks for a wonderful stay Hampton Inn .

Location, location, location!!

I absolutely loved everything about my stay. The room was very nice and comfy clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful nice and friendly from start to finish. The food was amazing each day a variety of choices from fresh eggs and bacon sausage to waffles to oatmeal and cereals. A great variety of choices. Fresh juices milk and water coffee hot chocolate and teas. I really enjoyed my stay. There was nothing bad about my experience if I could give ten stars I would.💞💞💞

Breakfast was great. Location was great, only a few blocks from everything with the streetcars only a couple of blocks and only $3 bucks to go anywhere for the day !

The area, no fault of the hotel, has a few homeless in the area, but they never bothered us the whole week. Walking into the French qtr, you could tell it is an old city from some of the run down buildings. The area businesses hired extra security to help keep the tourist safe and help there own businesses by doing so. Overall a great experience.

The room was clean. It was within walking distance to the trolley. Breakfast was free.

Fire alarm went off twice during the stay for no reason. Once a 3 am. The breakfast wasn't really good. It was hard to find something that taste good. Parking can be difficult if you don't want to add $45 a night to your stay. they don't have any options other than Valet parking if you can't find a place on the street.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Great location.

I really didn’t like the fact that there was no parking available to guest. You had to park your car on the side of the road, taking a chance on someone hitting your and leaving. Yes you had valet parking, but I didn’t feel that in order for your vehicle to be safe, you could do valet for $40.00 a night. Other than that you take a chance on having your car hit on the side of the street. That’s just my opinion. Other than that everything was nice. Would I stay again? Absolutely.

They give you a welcome package with a bottle of water, soda, and chips. Andrea and Dre who works at the front desk were very informative, friendly, and professional!

There were two strands of hair in the shower upon arrival. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned. The hotel doesn’t have a water pitcher so you have to purchase water. The breakfast was just okay.

Staff great (all of them super nice and helpful), hotel clean, pretty, newly renovated feeling, nice breakfast, great location, good value

Parking is not great...$40 to park at hotel (valet is only option) versus on the street is high and was completely unexpected (although maybe I should have thought about parking before I booked, and I don't know the parking situation at other hotels in New Orleans). Valet system was easy though, and valet staff very nice

Breakfast was great! The location was close to Bourbon Street & other tourists stops but away from the noise when it was time to sleep. Valet had in/out privileges so we didn't have to look for parking @ the hotel.

Price was a little expensive & hot water was a little cooler by the time the 3rd woman showered on our girls' trip.
