Renaissance New Orleans Arts Warehouse District Hotel

Large room, accommodated an early check in, complimentary snacks and water in room, refrigerator in room. Felt safe walking to nearby bars and restaurants in a group at various times throughout the day and evening. Lovely little art gallery attached to lobby.

Rattling of pipes (?) Intermittently. Assume it was some time of plumbing issue since room was directly beneath gym and pool. Room lighting was dark. Bathroom lighting was dim as well with no makeup mirror or available bright lighting.

Location, central to everything within short walk, staff polite generally, lovely comfortable communal areas to sit & relax, we were there for Mardis Gras & could not have been in a better place for the rate paid

Legacy Kitchen incredi ly slow and that is saying something for the area generally. The staff are excellent despite poor management support. Would could have had our bins emptied everyday if asked, but why should we fir tge rate we paid, however it was nit the Ritz I guess

This is an AMAZING hotel and in a great location! The room are nice, and the service was great. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food and cocktails.

The hotel lacks accessible entrance to people utilizing wheelchairs. It’s situated on a one way on the left side of the street, and I was unable to let down my ramp which is on the right side. My only option was to let my kids out across the street and have them crossover to the hotel. This was the only downside.

The hotel is within a short walk to the convention center, Harrahs Casino and the Riverwalk shopping/dining facility. A bonus is having onsite dining as well. Appreciated the valet parking and available porters to get your luggage from car to your room. All staff were very kind and welcoming.

Price of valet parking @ $42 a day hurt a bit. Including tips to drivers could add up if you used your car a bit. The rooftop pool was out of service for reconstruction. It was one of the reasons we picked the hotel, so was disappointed to find it was not open.

The location was in the perfect spot for every event I needed to, The property it self was beautiful all across the board. The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. They even went an extra mile to lend a hand without asking. From the front desk to the restaurant staff everyone was amazing. Will definitely refer to my friends and family.

I was actually staying at another hotel from that of my friends but when I saw the hotel and the rooms of thr Rennaissance I got online and booked a room and checked out of the hotel I was staying. The rooms at the Rennaissance were MUCH BIGGER, better and the bed was more comfortable. More importantly I was able to pay for two night at the Rennaissance compared to ONE night at the other hotel. The restaurant inside (I believe it is called the Craft Tavern?) was soo good! This hotel IS ALLL THAT!! I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Oh and the staff was soo friendly and helpful!!

The hotel was quiet, clean and the amenities were sufficient. The location is kind of in the middle of everything so you can get around very easily without Uber/Lift.

For the value, maybe a little more can be included with the price of stay, like a breakfast, shuttle services, or additional amenities.

I liked the valets very helpful. Also the college students waitresses very sweet. The food was great and the place was clean. I really like the two waitresses that I had they were very nice and attentive. Also the Hosteas was very nice and attentive.

. I am just use to more updated rooms. No microwave a bummer. We like to pop corn on our trips. Had to take it back home. But the restaurant staff was very accommodating except one. The front desk was not helpful in giving us info. on the sights. One of them charged me $3 for a bottle of water instead of telling me that they gave free bottles of water.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed! The staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. There seemed to always be someone at the front desk. The pool was open late also. I liked the system for letting housekeeping know if the room needed cleaning (two little buttons inside would light up either "do not disturb" or "make up room"). Just be prepared that they hold an extra I think $50 a day in case you order other amenities, but you get it all back at the end when you check out!

The pool was nice on the roof, but I would have liked it if the hot tub were hotter (maybe there were temperature controls we missed?).

The AC was a hude deal for us and it was perfect. The hospitality was Amazing, the restaraunt under hotel was also so amazing, with also amazing hospitality. Bartender had only been there a week, but was so helpful, and seems liked he had been there years. Loved that the pool and hot tub were open and did not require appointment. Valet came to our room to help load all of our things and even had a place to park my husbands HUGE 350. I will most certainly book here again, it was in a great location. Walking distnace form everything. Loved the after hours check in, I just dont have anything bad to say.

would have been cool if the pool was open later since ut was on roof away from rooms, but it was NOT a deal breaker and not a complaint.
