Our suite was large and lovely an d I loved the separate makeup table and dressing area. The gym and pool were great, too. The staff from the valets to check-in to concierge to housekeeping and the coffee shop in the lobby were all top notch! While we did not have our dog with us, I love that it is a dog-friendly hotel.

We were a bit disappointed with the food quality and service at the polo club - nothing terrible, just unimpressive. At the pool, the staff was great but the woman who appeared to be a manager messed up both our meals and was slightly argumentative and dismissive. Thankfully though the woman bartender who was in uniform was very polite and helpful.

EVERYTHING!!! It was the perfect location, beautifully decorated, staff was super friendly, bedding was great, entertainment at the hotel was fantastic. Food was delicious too! Paying extra for Club Level was TOTALLY worth it! All the extra Club Level food and drinks included were so great for my 84yr old mom - very convenient and very good! One of the best hotel stays for me and I travel a lot!

The only issue was traffic getting into the hotel for check in. It was the weekend before Mardi Gras so to be expected. Maybe a few more car parking attendants would have helped?

The location was perfect, it's literally within walking distance to everything. It's in between the French Quarter and Central Business District. Riverwalk is close by as well as Bourbon. Plenty of top rated restaurants on property and nearby. Check in was beyond excellent. The staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in very early to attend a game. I did not catch his name but the young man that assisted us was very helpful and friendly on our check out day. Valet and bell services was also on point!! Club level was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and always asked if we needed anything. Randall at the bar was great! A special thank you to Torrence for his amazing hospitality and arranging transportation to the Superdome when it rained that morning. Food and drink were good. The room was spacious as expected. It accommodated our party of 6 perfectly. The view of the river was beautiful and we heard no noise at all.

Breakfast selections for club level should be rotated or changed to avoid repetition. Our room was missing certain amenities. For example, we had one robe instead of two. The number of towels was not enough for the number of guest I had on my reservation. Cleanliness could've been improved. The presentation and plating of my chocolate covered strawberries was poor. It was for a birthday and was a bit of a let down.

The Windsor Court is my go to favorite in NOLA. The king bed suite was over 800 square feet and very comfortable. Reception, concierge and front door staff were all friendly and helpful. Proximity to the French Quarter was an asset, particularly as there was no cab/uber/cable car transport during parades.

We were not made aware in advance or upon check in that the Mardi Gras parades passed literally below our room. It was fun for a while, but annoying after bed time. A notification and room choice option would have been preferred. Transportation by cab, UBER, and cable car was completely unavailable while parades were in progress. It took over 1 1/2 hours to reach the hotel from the airport (actually dropped off a couple blocks away) and we had to cancel two dinner reservations as there was no way to get to the restaurants (other than a pedicab quoted at $100 each way). I clearly understand this is not the fault of the hotel, but again believe that booking customers should be notified of this during the booking process.

My prior stay at Windsor Court was such a treat, actually convinced couple we were meeting on this trip to change their reservations to the WC but ....I made the mistake of booking through Priceline with this trip...should have called WC directly....no comparison to first stay in terms of king room.....this room through Priceline was "dinky"....learned my lesson!

The staff was absolutely delightful and so accommodating. We had a small problem with our room and William did everything to help the situation right away and moved us to a new room. Cara was absolutely amazing making sure we were taken care of. She took great care of us and everything exceeded our expectations. We will be returning yearly.

Always a stop on way to Florida. Always nice stay, short walk to Cafe Du Monde, Jackson Square and the Quarter but your out of all the craziness when it is time to go home. I will say, New Orleans as a city has gotten dirtier and lots more homeless. It needs to be cleaned up. I won’t be going back to this city until it gets better. Not the hotel, clean up NOLA!

the location couldn't be more perfect. walking distance to everything we wanted. I got a suite so the bedroom was private and the kids stayed in the living room area using the pull out bed. even bathroom has 2 entries so privacy is maintained. the staff must be trained by chik-fil-A because they were always thanking me and appeared sincere. the pool was awesome and the pool bar was just as great. we ordered room service food and that too was very tasty! i tried to get pedicure but salon was booked up. all in all it was fantastic vacation.

the parking is mandatory valet and the cost is 50/day. we had 2 cars so that was costly! you must ask for everything, even ice. this was annoying cuz everytime staff showed up that meant another tip. so food, ice, towels and tray pick were all tips, sometimes they came fast other times we called back. surprisingly, they do not waive the parking fee even for DV. we have never paid for parking since he has DV tags but at this hotel handicap do not get a parking pass.

Brunch was excellent.We’ve been coming to the Windsor Court Hotel since it opened decades ago.We held our oldest daughter’s wedding and reception here.The hotel is lovely and well maintained.It’s really the finest hotel in New Orleans.
