SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Orleans Warehouse Arts District

Loved the hotel. Overall I would say an 8 out of 10. Hot breakfast, centrally located in walking distance for food and entertainment, pleasant staff, quiet, and clean. I’d stay again.

Only thing that could have made our experience better was that the room didn’t get cool enough during the night. And some of the bedding wasn’t as clean, but we requested new bedding and received it with no issues. Also, keep in mind there is a pool, but it’s rather small so more than a few ppl and it feels over crowded, which didn’t cause an issue intil the weekend crowd rolled in (most of our stay was during the week). However, it was perfect for my young kids and amazing after the sun went down and right before bed.

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We asked many questions concerning directions, and they always went out of their way to be helpful. We stayed one night before a cruise and one night when we returned. The first night we had a 2-bedroom suite which is located in the adjacent building. It is close to the sidewalk, and it was very loud with people passing all hours of the night. We stayed in a room in the main building for our second night and that was very quiet. They have a large area for breakfast which is convenient. There are nice restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Good breakfast. Check in was fast and easy. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. Not a far walk from Canal St. If you stay here, EAT AT UGLY DOGS!!!

Very near (3min walk) to the convention centre. Price was very affordable for the area. Breakfast was sufficient, there were also snacks like bagel and muffins that were packed that one could take with for a snack. The variety doesn't change though so it gets limited after a few days. Counter staff were friendly and pleasant.

No food available at the premise apart from breakfast. But Uber eats provided great delivery. Toilet flush wasn't working properly.

The breakfast was really good with huge sitting area and variety of things to eat.

The parking was the only thing I didn’t like about the hotel. It was very tight or even no parking spaces available at all especially at night. There was a valet attendant and he was very nice about making sure all of the hotel guests had a place to park. He went above and beyond

Everything about the property was great! it was safe, clean, and the rooms were amazing! You had to have a key card to get into the facility which made me feel very safe ! Also there is a small, chill bar across that had amazing food ! The breakfast buffet was really good.

The only bad thing about this property is that there weren’t a lot of options at the breakfast buffet but what they had was amazing!

Two wonderful staff members named Roxi and Terrence that worked at the front desk that assisted with our parking situation. This hotel was very nice and clean. It was a good location for us for Mardi Gras( not to close, not to far). Our room was comfortable and had lots of space.

We went for Mardi Gras and the hotel’s small parking lot was full . it has a 8 foot clearance. We were sent to another parking lot that had a 6 ft 7 in clearance. I could not park my 4 runner with a rack in it cause I needed 7 ft of clearance . I had to park on the street the first night. I paid for parking up until 7pm, then I had to worry all night about my truck being towed or broken in to it. The breakfast had pre made sandwiches, pastries, yogurt. I have had better breakfasts so we didn’t eat it.

everything was wonderful. I have nothing bad to say about anything. Everything was great food, beds, rooms, cleanliness, everything was great, The front desk staff were very nice they helped us out in anything that we needed. Like where the closest stores are and all the really nice placing to visit like the WWII museum. We want to thank everyone there.

Everything was great! Breakfast was great. The hotel and room was clean and looked very nice. The staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. We really enjoyed our one night stay.

My family and I didn't have any complaints other than we wish there was an elevator closer to our room after a long day of walking lol

Loved the location. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Close to the convention center. 1.5 mile walk to Royal Street. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was limited and closed by 9am. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work and we had a leaky faucet in the bathroom sink. Elevators only in one location, made for a long walk to our room
