Roami at Motorworks

I recently visited a new location, having previously stayed at the Brandywine. The area felt secure, with restaurants and attractions nearby. I appreciated the convenience of a grocery store within close proximity. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe during the first two days of my stay. However, there was a minor issue with the washer that required attention. Thankfully, Lance promptly resolved the problem by cleaning the filter.

It would have been more comfortable if there were additional seating options in the living room besides the single love seat that was available. Additionally, the bed sheets were stained and required replacement.

Great place, very convenient! Full of great amenities that would make a longer term stay very comfortable! The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.

I don't mind not having on-site staff but some guests seem to be taking advantage of it. Our neighbor was smoking weed from the day we got there until the day we left and it smelled in the hallway and part of our apartment. On top of that, there some strange looking people going in and out of the building. I understand that those are customer issues and that there isn't much that the management can do about it. It felt safe overall and we didn't have any issues.

This place was a great find in a great location. Really well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable living area. We'd definitely stay here again when we're back in New Orleans.

The bed was terrible. Every time you moved it creaked like crazy - I think all it needed was a good tightening with an Allen key but it did disrupt our sleep every night. Both toilet roll holders were broken off the wall. The plug was stuck on one of the sinks in the bathroom so the sink wouldn't drain and the taps were loose. The light switch in the bedroom was loose.

We hadn't received check in details so I had to chase them up on the day we were arriving. When we received the door code it didn't work so we had to wait on the street whilst we asked for a different code. Fortunately as this was late evening the call was answered quickly, as I had to wait over 15 minutes for our earlier call to be answered. More cups for hot drinks would have been useful.

Good location, close to sightseeing. Fully equipped kitchen, nice rooftop.

AC made a strange buzzing sound. It was noisy, especially at night. The code they gave us for the door didn't work. We've called support for a new code, but they changed it again. Sometimes you have to wait for 20 minutes before their support answers you. It wasn't clean enough. Also, we found a used condom in the sofa. Some guy had an access to our room. He opened the door to our room without knocking, said "Sorry" and went away. I don't know was he a stuff or not, but it was strange.

A huge apartment for a great price.

Although I signed a lease that says no smoking and no loud music after 9pm, on the first night there was a loud party in the hallway with smoking and drinking and lots of people. The party lasted well into the morning hours. Also, the master bathroom has a sliding door which doesn’t allow for much privacy.

-smell of cheap cleaning products in the unit and the hallways. -dated lobby, elevator and hallway definitely not as nice as the Brandywine or Factor’s Row locations. -unit was disheveled upon entering. housekeeping left it a mess, drawers and cabinets were all left open, carpet disheveled, -chipped paint in the bathroom tub

the property was very well equipped and modern - the beds were comfortable as well

we had the downstairs apartment at the front of our property which looked out onto the road. one of the blinds didn’t fully close to the bottom of the window which made us think people would be able to see into the room and one of the party was sleeping on the sofa bed in that room. in reality it was not an issue.

Wow where do I begin!?? This place definitely felt like a home away from home! The ambiance and aesthetic of this place was so pleasing! The amenities making your place extra comfortable starting from the kitchen, the check in pad with restaurants suggestions and options to add like house keeping! I love the pull out bed downstairs it was huge and not to mention the bathroom downstairs that was super convenient!! I loved the tall ceilings and the decor! I would definitely love to come back!!

It was an awesome apartment with everything you need in a home! The rooms were neat. The building also has a rooftop terrace with great views of the New Orleans skyline.

The check-in process was cumbersome. The access code sent to me did not work and I had to ring the help desk (which is not onsite) to have it resolved. For a visitor with no mobile phone access, this was very annoying.
