Super 8 by Wyndham Augusta

The rooms on the north side of the building are insulated from road noise and face a green forest, providing a quiet, peaceful experience. We were visiting family, and it might have been nice to be able to check in earlier than 3pm, but the location was easy to access from east or west because there was a traffic light at the entrance.

The bathtub has no working way to plug the drain (a common problem in older motels that have been remodeled). I was able to work around this by using a cap from a quart yogurt container. The armrests of the chair at the desk do not fit easily under the desk. Booking.com got our reservation slightly wrong, saying we were asking for a room for four, when we had clearly asked for a room for two, but the staff were helpful in clearing that up.

The location was convenient. The owners/staff were very attentive and available. Easy access to our room. We were given a choice of first or second floor, which was appreciated.

Much attention was given to the cleanliness of the room. However, the small refridgerator showed signs of not operating efficiently...The "grab and Go" complimentary breakfast offering was fair.

Hotel Location and facility was great. Staff response and service was good.

Wifi worked in the beginning and did not work most of the time for rest of the day. Looked like the bandwidth was not enough. Used own Wifi to get the work done.

This clean, comfortable hotel is conveniently located near the freeway. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we received fair value for our money during our stay.

Breakfast was very simple with few choices, but even so, for what we paid, we were pleased to have breakfast at all.

Location was the main reason we stayed here. The facility is pretty bare bones, but beds were comfy

Our TV didnt work properly and the breakfast was sparse. Only dry cereal and packaged muffins and bananas. Most hotels these days offer more, a waffle or warm option.

Sparkling CLEAN!! Bathroom/shower/bedding exceptionally clean!! NEW carpeting in hallway and freshly painted. I felt VERY comfortable there. Breakfast was cereal, toast, muffin, juice, coffee. Minimal but ok for me. My one comment would be to perhaps "spark up" the front door and exterior entryway. They appeared in the process of repainting/ etc., so hopefully this will be next. Again, SPARKLING CLEAN!

Outside entry area could have been more inviting.

We are still waiting for an apology to the keys we turned in and they said we had not ... No further review until then.

Room and bed were comfortable. Quiet and friendly staff.

Not much selection for breakfast. Coffee was good though

It was very clean. It was right off the highway.

People on my floor were smoking weed. The smell was awful. You could smell it through the whole hallway. It was a non smoking floor. That was the only thing I didn't like.

Very Clean. Staff moved me to a room on 1st floor when saw how much I had to carry.

The bathtub had no stopper. I stuffed plastic wrap so that I could take a bath.
