Hampton Inn Freeport/Brunswick

Staff was friendly responsive, and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and quick. A decent selection was offered. Loved that it was in walking distance to Shaws.

Pool area was unbearably hot, although the pool was not. Would like more than one washer/dryer set. Was hard to get one load done due to other guests leaving laundry unattended long after being finished; although I appreciate that it was open around the clock.

Breakfast was better than expected. Style of eggs was different each day, and sausage on Sunday. Free coffee and tea all day was appreciated. The kitchen staff were friendly.The desk help were friendly and supplied us with towels and room supplies when we asked, since there was no daily service.

The nightly rate was a bit high considering there was no daily maid service. The space from one bed to the wall was tight and could have used a nightstand. The toilet was very low to the floor, us elderly need a higher seat.

Staff was so pleasant, breakfast was very good, always hot and plenty available. Rooms are clean and comfy. Loved that hot coffee and hot water is available in the lobby 24hrs/day. Nice place to call home base while out on day adventures! And supermarket is right next door in case you need something!

Would have loved bigger windows. The room was a bit dark.

We were welcomed by Harley. She was pleasant, friendly, and helpful, a truly kind person. In addition the woman in charge of the breakfast area was a wonderful addition to any staff. My husband worked for the waffle company for 30 years and I enjoyed sharing waffle stories with her. All other staff were equally friendly and helpful.

Nothing I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know

Had trouble getting on the WiFi, but the young lady at the desk got me right on. Wish I could remember her name, but thank you for your help just the same. Staff is always very courteous, helpful and nice.

The room was large, clean, comfortable and had an extra blanket in the closet. The bathroom had a nightlight and plenty of towels as well as the usual accessories in hotels. Our room was beside the exercise room so I thought it might be loud but the room was very quiet.

The a/c was on economy, I would have liked it to stay on since it woke me every time it shut off.

Beautiful property, coffee bar 24 hours per day, pool, laundry facility, comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast each morning. It offers everything we could want. conveniently located near a Shaws and Dunkin’ Donut.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Front desk girl was wonderful - has a son in college, don't remember her name. She gave great suggestions for breakfast in the area, super friendly, and offered to mail a birthday card for me when I asked about a stamp and where the post office was. Room was fine. Met Hampton Expectations all the way. Large Bathroom.

Early morning clerk wasn't as friendly as the other one but probably just because it was the end of her shift after a long night.

great location. staff was exceptional. reception at check in was easy. staff was welcoming and made dinner recommendations for us. breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. even the maintenance staff offered assistance with our room key. beds and pillows were very comfortable. love white sheets.

The service was amazing. The breakfast was very yummy with many options. The hotel was very clean! Would definitely stay again

The only thing i did not enjoy was the pillows on the beds however everything else was perfect
