Coachman Inn

The room was somewhat updated and had a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave and coffee maker. Air conditioning works very well and we felt very comfortable and safe. You can tell the area gets heavy use during the summer months, but I felt everything was clean and met our expectations. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was much better than we had expected. Very cool that it is pet friendly even though we did not bring our four-legged family members. I liked parking right outside our door. Also the pool was wonderful with very comfortable patio furniture.

The building was clean and bright. Our room, although small, was meticulous and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and well stocked. The shower maintained a consistent temperature (most hotels for not), so that was pretty awesome. Plenty of seating in the room. The parking lot was very clean and felt safe. We stayed during a weekend and the hotel was booked up, but it was still quiet and calm. The location is almost right in the outlets, and only one building away from a Dunkin Donuts. The staff is polite and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, if you are expecting a small budget conscious place! Overall, very clean, safe, quiet, and the staff is wonderful.

The rooms were on the smaller side, but not too small. The television was small and kept defaulting to giant spanish language closed captions every time we turned it off and on. That was also really not much of an issue, either. We loved it here!

Great location near the Kittery Outlets and a short drive to York and Ogunquit Beaches. Nice three bed unit with two baths. Refrigerator and microwave were very nice to have. Excellent shower temp and water pressure. Worked great for our family. Our daughter loved the pool.

Breakfast time was a bit early for us finishing at 9:15am. Outlets available only on the table lamps didn’t work well due to the shape of our mobile phone chargers.

Good location to outlet shops We liked the quiet location of our room overlooking the marsh …even saw a deer and her fawn. Generous b’fast. Pool and sitting area was appreciated. The size of room was perfect for 2 people. The sitting chairs outside the room were appreciated . Staff were very friendly. Easy check in and out procedure.

It’s hard to state various things that could have been better ,(considering the price of accommodation), because of the Pandemic. Staff were doing as well as they could . It was quite late in the day before the room would have a refreshing, and we thought if we didn’t request it,that maybe it would not have been done. I would suggest a couple of soap bars…one for sink and one for tub /shower. Towels and face cloths are a little on the tired side with some stains. The shower control didn’t shut off properly.It was difficult to stop it from dripping after being turned off.

Breakfast was perfect, maybe waffles or more hot food. parking was perfect. The location is great easy to find. The POOL very refreshing. could have been a bit warmer thou. It was quite and clean. the flowers where nice. I loved that I was able to get ice when I needed it. I really enjoyed talking with a couple of the staff members

I was there for 4 days I asked for clean towels 3 times and never got them. The floors were not so great they definitely need to be updated. the carpet is gross.

Staff was very helpful. When they realized we had two toddlers they suggested a room change that would better meet our needs. Very clean. Fantastic breakfast variety.

Very large room, clean and quiet. Great location to restaurants, shopping and highway. Checkout is 11:00am, rather than 10:00am like other motels in the area.

Complimentary breakfast is only from 8:00am - 9:00am, so missed it most every day I stayed. Would be nice if it were maybe 8:00am - 10:00/10:30am.

the staff was very helpful regarding our late check in. the property was very clean and close to several places that we needed to go to.

we didn’t get our breakfast and realized it was too late. their breakfast hours were from 7-9am and we didn’t get in till late and was tired and overslept…wish the breakfast was until 10am at least

The location was OK room had amenities and was clean enough had a breakfast with limited items

The reception staff were great & helpful. The beds were comfy. Very close to the Kittery outlets & harbour.

Arriving for breakfast at 8.45 there was hardly anything left & not being restocked until I asked. The walls are quite thin so I was kept awake by the man next door snoring.
