Quality Inn

I think I was most impressed with the comfort of the bed. My room was fairly quiet except I was near the stairs and could hear people tromping up and down but they quieted down at a reasonable time. The room was clean. Everything worked as it should.

I was a little uncomfortable with the fact that there were a group of homeless people staying here. I bumped into one shady character in the hallway while his woman friend staggered from wall to wall. Two others were making some kind of exchange outside by the door. There was only one vending machine which was on the first floor all the way at the end of the building and it would only take quarters even though it had a slot for dollar bills. They talked up their breakfast which was unimpressive, but hey, at least it was something.

Convenience because our room was right near one of the side entrances and the woman at the front desk was the most helpful person we’ve come across when staying at hotel. We’ve stayed at about 7-8 different places in the last year and she was the best without a doubt.

Nothing specific. Everything was as expected or better.

The breakfast was honestly really good, one of the best for a small hotel like that, the waffle station being a definite highlight. It being so close to the Walmart was very convenient and it was also a short drive from other activities or convenient places.

Nothing to complain about really.

The entire hotel is very well kept and super clean. They follow a strict smoking policy and you can tell! They offer laundry facilities that was great! The place is located directly in front of a Walmart, so that was convenient. A Dunkin Donuts is 5 minutes up the road. Wells is about 18 minutes from the hotel.

I didn't like the fact there is no longer a hot breakfast offered due to COVID. However they do provide a breakfast sandwich you can heat up in the microwave in your room. They do provide coffee and well stocked vending machines.

Breakfast, location were good , my room i requested was supposed to be a king and my reservation was changed to two queen beds as we had asked for the rooms to be close together and none were available so the hotel took it upon themselves to change my room. Supposedly I was informed of this but I did not receive any call or email about this matter so it was all a big surprise at last minute during check in! I was not pleased of this so I just kept the queen and didn’t get a king as requested. I don’t agree with this as it should of been my choice and not a strangers to decide this .

We were there for a very short time, so we did not make use of the free breakfast or any facilities. The most important thing to me was that everything felt very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was up to date and the space was organized for convenience. The doors to the outdoors were controlled with a key card, which helped my wife feel safe. The rooms were just as pictured on the website. It was located near a Walmart, so while not glamorous, very practical if you wanted to pick up anything your forgot or get some snacks.

The hotel clerk who checked us in was super nice and helpful when I asked her for some suggestions for dinner. It was a busy weekend with a dance competition in the area and she was super accommodating!

Nothing. Everything was fine! We had no issues. Easy check in and check out and no holding an extra 100+ dollars on your credit card when checking in! It was a great stay for our time there! Would go back if in the area

Location was close to our event which made it convenient. Easy to find. Check in & check out was quick & easy. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean & cozy. Easy to adjust the temp in the room. We would stay again & recommend to friends!

Only complaint was we wished we could have parked our bike where we could see it from our room. But it was safe so no real issue.

the hotel was very clean and staff was all pleasant. For breakfast they have a waffle machine to make your own waffles plus they had bagels and yogurt or dry cereal with juice, milk, coffee, or tea.

the only thing I didn't like was the location but that was personal preference.

It was close to everything that we needed to go. It was very clean and had all amenities desired for a stay.

The room was close to the exit door and next to the room that had the vending machines and washing machine. you could hear people coming and going all the time.
