Hampton Inn Frederick

The Lady in the restaurant on the weekend that I was there with my family. Her name is Elsie I think . You need more of that kind of worker in that facility. She has got all the qualities of a wonderful person: very patient, hard working and respectful. I really appreciated her hospitality during our weekend stay. Please helpmeet to say plenty thanks to her.

Nothing as far as am concern. I think the front desk was very helpful too.

The staff, one particular lady went above and beyond to make our stay great. She not only was at the desk greeting us as we arrived, she also worked out in the restaurant and waited on us there as well. I wish I could remember her name, she definitely should be made aware of how comfortable she made our stay. She was friendly and talked to us as if we were old friends. She truly made our stay enjoyable. (She had darker skin, long hair and I believe her name started with a K)

The ceiling in the bathroom had peeling paint.

Breakfast was good, lots of options. Enjoyed a couple of dinners at your on site Restaraunt and bar.

Bathroom didn’t feel especially clean. A wad of hair was in the waste basket from the previous guest and kept finding more hair on the floor during our stay. The tub didn’t look especially clean so only showered, wasn’t tempted to take a tub bath.

I liked that there was a bar & restaurant on site. unfortunately, there was a very limited menu that wasn’t really impressive. however, the bartender was super sweet and accommodating as was the front desk staff. the bed was super comfortable!

my only complaint is the price was more than I expected because I booked on booking.com, who quoted me $119 but at checkout it was $145 which then added up to $165 after taxes. but that’s not on the hotel I don’t think? I’ll follow up with booking.com.

Breakfast was good

Not happy with bed covers I like 1 blanket not the duvet No 1 it’s not comfortable I wind up taking my own blanket with me & I travel quite frequently please remove the duvet as I’ve heard so many people complain of same setup . Thanks will be staying with Hampton Inn within the next 2 weeks.

Great, clean, and comfortable facilities. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff person attending the breakfast was very professional and customer oriented!

Coming from the north we found it a bit confusing to make turns to find the hotel's entrance. But this is not the hotels deficiency.

main room was great, clean and comfortable. the bathroom needs makeover. mold on shower ceiling, wall paper coming off all around ceiling. Main entrance is littered with cigarette butts, gives a bad first impression to arriving guest.

I loved the hot breakfast ! Whoever worked on 1/29/2023 is amazing don’t lose her ! The breakfast hit the spot and everything was clean and wonderful

Things I liked include the following: the location, the overall Frederick area, the cleanliness of everything, the friendly and helpful staff.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the Hampton Inn was having water temperature problems. My Mum got a shower around 7, and the water was barely luke warm. I got a shower around 9 and had scalding hot water; no cold water whatsoever. This happened each night of our stay. When I inquired about my scalding shower, after the first time, I was told there was an ongoing problem that they were aware of. I wasn't aware, until I called the front desk from my room.

The breakfast was really good. The lady's that was there was very helpful to me and my kids I also had a really good check in experience the lady's was amazing and very helpful.

We didn't get to use the pool and the washer was not working properly.
